I prefer the professor statline since that was the winning plan. Rather than a snake, he's someone incapable of martial planning, but makes up for it with his knowledge to be extremely effective nonetheless. A Learning Supervillain with plenty of experience, who uses his power creatively.

I was not expecting the power to be that strong, bloody hell. Though, would Personal Combat stat affect how strong the Power is as well, or does it just involve combat with guns, swords, and unarmed?

To add reason to RNG. This is an old proffessor. He's ben round the block, and has never really been a fighter. But it's not brawns that made him dangerous, it's his brains and the superpower. Seeing weak points, and taking full advantage of them with plans. And in combat he uses that brain instead of his fists to be a terrifying threat on a tactical level.

We're old, but we still kick the young'uns to the curb. As expected of the Old Professor.

Made some edits given leading plans. Mostly in adding said leaders to the statblock. Time to retire as a kingpin in a world of supervillains? (Building up a personal army of criminals.) If anyone wants to fight us they'll learn why weak does not mean easy.
