(+3 Diplomacy and Stewardship. +20 to all rolls within the UK, +25 diplomacy rolls with the UK Citizenry. Diplomacy rolls with other former members (And descendent Superheroes) of the empire are variable ranging from displusure to old friends.)

-Species: Living Solid Gold Statue.
-Backstory:
The Golden Mentor was created by one off the oldest and most famous incidents of a powered individual still recorded: King Midas. Yes, that Midas. Designed with a specific purpose in mind, Midas unintentionally made the mentor sentient. Initially amazed at what he had achieved completely by accident, over the course off several years of his creation watching his work, his mind suddenly began to turn conspiratorial, and before anyone even knew of the statues existence, its mind had been *turned off* through means lost to time and its gold mass of a body abandoned somewhere its creator hoped would never be found.

Fast forward well over a thousand years, when a team of British archaeologists wound up finding a spot in the walls of their dig site where a draft could be felt. Some back breaking work later, and they uncovered something big: a secret room with a solid gold statue inside off it. Which was now talking to them in a very obviously confused manner in Ancient Greek.

Quickly and quietly returned to London and handed over to the League for Commonwealth Improvement and Defense, what they discovered was a being whose sole purpose had been to observe, learn about, and index all the various powers that existed in the world, then teach those powers to others. A being who, despite a surprising intellect and knowledge that already far outstripped the assembled specialists in some areas, was like an underdeveloped child in others.

Since that faithful month in which it all went down, The Golden Mentor has been spotted all over Europe but only sporadically. No one knows where exactly he's being educated. However, sightings of him across Europe have heavily increased every year since 2016, and 2017 had the first confirmed sightings in Asia, North America, and Africa. Many believe that he will soon be accepting students, and taking to the scene as a hero in his own right.
Era: From First Contact to The Third Generation
Weaknesses: In earlier eras, a childlike innocence and lack of knowledge about how the world works. All the disadvantages of being gold rather than flesh, most notably a vulnerability to mercury. Can only teach powers he has indexed, not his own powers. He can never index his own powers. Indexing takes time and repeated observation of the power in use. Teaching takes a variable but notable amount of time, depending on the power being taught.

Creation of Midas: Not all that glitters is gold, but as a creation off one of the most legendary and earliest known empowered, King Midas, the Mentor most certainly is. And that carries a lot of... arcane resonance. (??? {Open to suggestions, or failing that, Cyber can decide})

-Powers and Related Traits: Gold Mimicry, Statue Physiology, Ability Indexing, Ability Teaching.
Ability Index: Technically a sub-function of his Ability Teaching power rather than a power in it's own right, he can 'index' any powers he sees other than his own and later teach a weaker, inferior copy of those powers. Well, most of them (i.e.all non-physiology derived ones), anyway.
Gold Manipulation and Life Creation (from his creator), as well as Lunar and Solar Shield Construction.

-Personality Traits:
Drive to Learn, Improve, and Teach: He's a curious creation, constantly driven to improve himself and help others improve. (+20 to all rolls involving learning, training, gaining new knowledge or skills, polishing old skills, gaining/improving stats, or otherwise improving oneself. May assist others in rolls of the same type as previously described, in which case +5 to their rolls.}

Blind Idealist: He never truly shook the child-like naivete. (Others gain a +20 to all of their Investigation/Espionage rolls against you, and you suffer a -5 on all of your Investigation/Espionage rolls.)

How does it differentiate between psychic abilities, genetic traits, magical abilities, and technology?
Unless, it can take a lesser version of any trait from anything and teach someone to use it

See, that's an interesting question. I'd just as soon say... it doesn't? But... hmm. I'd sort of pictured it as being that he/it (still a little undecided) couldn't teach someone... you know, 'how to be a vampire', or any other power that ends in the word 'Physiology', and that it would depend on the intelligence of the person being taught a little bit as to whether or not technology and/or science based powers could be taught, but otherwise pretty much anything was fair game.

...That being said, I'd still leave the specifics of that ability up to Cyber. Once they have the time, of course.
 
I'd split the traits secion into three things.

General Traits: Genetics, and overall traits.

Ability Traits: Traits related to skills and powers

And Personality traits, well that are your characters personality.
 
Well, I've already specified powers separately, I'll just reorganize to have those lower, closer to the traits, and make a note of it for later.
 
What kinda shitty changes do you think the producers would make if your character was adapted in a hollywood superhero movie?
I know they would definitely "Forget" the Asexual & Aromantic part of Sunnyside, they'd probably give him a love interest for no reason too

For Samual? Easy that he is not a proper villain, they would make him into one due to being a half vampire who uses blood magic and pact magic.

Definitely the queer and mute aspect for my intended character. May or may be a villain due to necromancy power and died somewhere down the line for the kill the gay trope. This is if the movie made in the 2000s or earlier 2010s.

For the Grenadier, they'd probably file off all of the... objectionable 'off his time' elements. Like, he's a (perhaps notably open-minded) early 20th century white British guy. At least by modern standards, the chance he's not at least slightly sexist and possibly even racist ain't great. They'd also take great pains to not mention what he was doing for the first few years after WW2 ended.
