Last hope of a dead world (God Quest)

I suggest we decide on the very basics. Something we can all agree on, such as no killing other Gods or Titans, no destroying of others works for no reason, no creating world ending threats. And no attempted mind control of sentient beings.
I agree those are aims that should be at the forefront of these talks. Hypermensia is going to have issues with some of that I suspect. May I ask you opinion on accidentally created world ending threats?

Why must mind control be mentioned, really why should we have rules for interacting with the mortals at all? They are beneath us. These accords are an agreement between Gods and Titans, restrictions upon our interactions with those infinity lesser then us are approaching the ridiculous.

And for these so called "World Ending Threats", what if we believe we can contain it. Most creatures or creations of any real worth have the possibility of danger, given how little it is we know of this dead world, are we truly to limit our studies because we refuse to take risk?

I was referring to Titans and Gods. Ask Tethys.

I'm searching ways to fixed this mess that I have made Kari. And technically they're not your race, they're more or less our race.
I made them. Just because you corrupted them, doesn't make them yours. And I know how you can fix this right now, withdraw all the Error from them.

OCC: You know, it is hard to understand what you are trying to do if you don't give an explanation.I mean, "see how the hoagosha responds to you. And take some of them. Ignore what Kari is doing" doesn't sound like trying to fix it.

Major Action: Create a source of heat for Avalon, not a sun but perhaps something internal like a molten core, use divine energy to power it if necessary. Also this planet needs it own unique Pattern, do that too.

Minor Action: Hug Khepri

Minor Action: Have the Seraphim grab some life, filaments/star-seekers/whatever, and seed it on the planet, nurture them until they can survive through their own means. Instruct them to stay away from the other gods as much as possible.

Minor Action: Scout the whole planet for interesting things then investigate them.

So Khepri, what guidlines do you suggest we adhere to in the future?
Tethys?I am freely willing to CRAFT life for your new world if you would let me..give you adapted star mossfern....and welly, help you create a lisfe system for your wotld.
Told you so in that message.

Just because we made them doesn't mean the Mortals are beneath us! They ( at least the Embers I can't comment on others shoddy worksmenship) can think and feel just as we can I for one agree that Free will is intrinsic to all sentient beings. Choice is a fundamental building block for civilization! I can name you several times where Embers have gone against their focus for something they belive is right and have accomplished great things. Things that would not have come about if they did not chose on their own.

A warning would at least be nice before you attempt anything dangerous. If you think their is even the slightest chance things can go wrong warn us so we may act in defense of the mortal races.

Knew I was forgetting something! You are of course welcome to join me on Avalon and craft life to your heart's content. The barrier will let you pass, and only you, whenever you wish.

Ignorance? Specfically, mortal ignorance.
I can agree that the tower needs protection from improper management but from what I can see in Ex machina's records it projected your creation isolating each of our creations from each other. That's not protection that's a Cage. If I was not busy at the time I myself would have moved to stop you.

Any room for a colony of embers?

Kari.the Mortals are not even avle tpo survive without sivine aid.the day when they could ever do real harm on their own is far off.nd normally, creating massive barriers is not conductive to long time compliant behavior.you are like a vman erecting dams in a desert because it might flood in an aeon.

OOC: I'm trying to see how the hogohsa reacts since I was the one who did coppurted them. And I changed my vote again.

Perhaps at a later time once the exact nature of the planet has been revealed and we are sure there's nothing that would interact poorly with your creations.

See Khepri I can be responsible~ *Flares wings proudly*
Fair enough though I do belive a environmental challenge would spark some interesting desgines... Oh jese they are already doodling desgins give me a moment... Sweet us I'm begaining to think giving them an Internet was a bad idea!

kay, trying to diversify the oceanic life system by intro ducing a sort of surface plant and some filtering and carriom-eating octopoids.... then build a spaceark and come vist Avalon.

Meeting guys.If somebody wants something, he should call me up.now, could be my titan will be for a hand full of turns in avalon..afterwards..

OCC: Really? Seriously, my mystical information gathering machine X said that your creations Y are going to do [insert bullshit here]. Please don't do that kind of stuff towards other players creations, it is rude and unfounded. It is fine to do that to your own stuff, but not to other people's.

Also, I ordered them to simply stop people from hurting the planet, if no one was hurting it, then they wouldn't do anything. There would be literally no point in them separating the races.
ou are like a vman erecting dams in a desert because it might flood in an aeon.
Pretty much. I was also bored and didn't have anything else to do that turn. Then I got attached to them.

Free will may be intrinsic and necessary for the creation of great works, and if you so choose to never even touch the minds of your Embers then you are perfectly free to do so, but why should we limit ourselves. The mortals may have potential and the ability to become accomplished, but we are Gods we hold the power of the concepts that allowed their creation. Should they prove their worth, be it through power or art or any other of the infinite possibilities, then they may earn my respect and the right to live without the permissible interference of us. But until then I see no reason to not control my Ananke.

Of course, I have no wish to destroy us all. If I do something that I believe may have consequences beyond my control, then I will give out some sort of warning to everyone.

May I drop some of my Ananke upon the new planet? I wish to see what they'll do with some new stimuli.

OOC:Erlking, ou are not insistimng on exporting weeping angels?

..... No creepy living statues on Avalon, please.
But I'm a living statue.... Do you think I'm creepy? Really though, please think practically. Your planet is surrounded by a storm that appears to destroy everything that enters it, my Ananke may be able to survive the transition, and they are unlikely to do much. Every movement they make is a moment closer to their end, so they are very conservative with actions.

How can they prove themselves if they are never given the chance? you say should they prove their worth but you would keep them in stasis and under your thumb. How can your Anake prove themselves if you control their every move? how can they Grow and become something great if they are never given the opportunity? they have the potential to be our peers the Potential to show us things we have never seen and unable to imagine! We gods are bound by our concepts but the mortals are not! my Embers have shown themselves capable of acting beyond their focus more so then any of us. we can stand to learn from them in my humble opinion.
