This doesn't seem like a situation that really warrants a need for Morrigan, but Trimsy would be helpful to look over the structure and might be interested in the property itself. Building up some good will by bringing her along would be appropriate.

Morrigan is the one most likely to be useful, but she'd probably also cost some of the money we might have made, and we just dealt with her recently, and while Hesperance is an interesting character we've dealt with her recently as well, Trimsy will probably be fun here and it's been a while since we've had her on screen.

Besides, I kinda doubt a vampire priest will have the normal issues with goblins.
