And of course, this significant other is someone who Mantis cannot describe because he met her over the internet. In another country. Where a Yan is likely to go while Mantis goes off somewhere else.

Seriously, this is probably one of the most elaborate "look behind you"-then-runs-away tricks I've ever seen.
