It's a bit off model. Yuki seems too short, and the face also isn't... it looked kind of weird to me. I don't usually notice off-model problems so when I notice one it's really glaring to me.

Edit: Finished watching the whole episode and quality just doesn't seem to be very good. It's not horribad but it's... not as good as previous episodes. At least for me.

That's part of the reason why I said this episode just seemed lower in production value. The content isn't bad, but I do notice that they seem to have settled down to a routine... it doesn't seem as great as when the show first started anymore. Understandable, but I hope the next episode is better. It's Himari-Hikari so that should be fun.

Well, that does happen. Often, the start and the climax are given the most effort. Understandable and I'd prefer they do that than have a poor start or bad climaxes. But this is a SoL story so I hope they could make it 'shine' a little bit better.

Without thinking too hard about it, I'd classify Frankenstein (Victor, the scientist) under Hermit or Magician and Frankenstein (the monster) as Judgement, Justice or Strength.

Also, I just started watching this anime. I really like it, I'm at episode 3 and will continue watching tomorrow.

So far, compared to a lot of other things I've watched it's calm, cute and amusing. It has monstergirls in a non-ecchi/hentai context, and the main character is voiced by Junichi Suwabe (AKA: GARcher)

Machi is love and life because TOUCH FLUFFY GENTLE FLAME
 
I took longer than I liked to watch more than the first minute or two of episode 5, but I noticed something interesting.

That book of folklore? It's written by Koizumi Yakumo, also known as Lefcadio Hearn. Touhou fans may recognize the name(s) as being significant to the theory that Yukari and Maribel are the same person.
 
Well, at least we now know the logic behind the twins names: Hikari's hair practically shined as a baby, and Himari was chosen because it sounds similar. Certainly explains why their names are in hiragana instead of something else.

I would like to say that I called Himari's little panic attack being pointless about the time it started. Although it is nice to see that she cares, after the events of the first half of the episode.

And gee, if it wasn't obvious before, Satou is making it rather clear she wants to get to know Takahashi better, and not just in the biblical sense.

Also, cute sleeping Kyoko is cute. I do wonder how long Takahashi was awake there.

But anyways, Machi headpatting Takahashi, calling him a "Good boy" and giggling as his face goes "What the fuck Machi." fucking killed me. Considering that situation (none which were romantic mind you.) had happened to me a ton, I super get Takahashi. Although usually it's harmless to be awake so most of the time I go "HI THERE!" It's a great way of finding out how high people can jump.
