Zepelli: Jonathan, this power is called "the ripple".
Or Hamon.
Or Sendo. Whatever you want to call it I don't give a f#ck.
.....seems kinda OP. Just a tad. This Stand has the power to manipulate the subconscious using bioelectricity. It can make the user invisible to others and induce hallucinated pain. It can also deflect attacks back at the foe.
The same could be said of a number of stands. But then that's half the fun of this, figuring out their weaknesses and how to beat them or just plain outwitting the user. Usually.
Hah same.
On the contrary, the Specials are the perfect Stand to beat Polnareff. Theoretically. It's just that you have to brave RNG hell to do it because the seven Silver Chariot shadow clones each get their own turn in which their attack can cause Bleed or Fear which makes you lose your fucking turn. And to top it all off Polnareff sits his cowardly French ass at M range self-healing 20 hp per turn the whole time, which caused me to lose my first attempt by running out of SP trying to outdamage the healspamming fuckpump when I clearly should've just been hocking pebbles at him! Every attempt since then has been trying and failing to get back to where I was at the mercy of the RNG. And the only save point is before Stage 1 so I have to refight him as Avdol every single time.Hah! You don't have Pharaoh Sanders like I did!
Neener neener!
...Are you picking the "ayyy let's gang up on'im" option?

Ah good, so did I. Forgot what level I was at by the time I beat him, but I did it alone. And no, fuck you, I refuse to take the easy way out and gang up on him.
Yeah, that's the first of many bosses that have that 7SU Seal of 'Quality' Boss DesignOn the contrary, the Specials are the perfect Stand to beat Polnareff. Theoretically. Well, at least you didn't get Miracles. Miracles can't win fights on it's own unless you grind until you don't have fingers left.
I'll look into it when I get a minute.@ZerbanDaGreat
I love these LPs, they're great, but do you think you could threadmark more of the posts? Scrolling up the entire page to get to the 'Next' button is a little inconvenient.
It's also the boring, cheap, coward's way out that gets you none of the rewards you would from beating him the old-fashioned way.You know that you can have Avdol fight him in both phases and have him "Brainstorm" during the second phases for a easy win.
Wait what rewards? It's also the boring, cheap, coward's way out that gets you none of the rewards you would from beating him the old-fashioned way.
You don't get XP, money or item drops. Most notably you won't get any of the rather important things you exchange for rewards in the post-game.
