In Which I Play Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: The Seventh Stand-User

How can you call yourself an American without a nuclear bomb toting, capitalist stand?! Though a secret service stand is amazing as well. I just can't wait to see you meeting the ninja guy again.
While super vampire and secret plot was going on the background, Utah just keeps on traveling to see the world yet somehow manage to run into the MC and the plot every time. And get beat up every time too.

Also, if you chose the female option, there is chance that Jotaro will hit on you. It's kinda awkward and funny in hindsight, but his version of hitting on a girl is very strange.

A few things:

First off, all the Parameters of canon Stands in Parts 3 & 4 were added retroactively during Part 5 in a series of artbooks, leading to the wonky rankings.

Also, some Automatic/Autonomous Stands do inflict wounds on their users when they take damage.

As for the name thing, I'm going with 'Fate did it'. Because Fate and Luck are physical forces in this series.

EDIT: This message is sponsored by the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Trivia & Pendants Society.

Started playing this game myself.

My stand is Miracles, which.....

This Stand has the power to manipulate the subconscious using bioelectricity. It can make the user invisible to others and induce hallucinated pain. It can also deflect attacks back at the foe.
.....seems kinda OP. Just a tad.

Any advice from people who know how this game works?

PSA: The LP technically is not dead yet. But it has been severely delayed because Polnareff is a cunt and both stages of his boss fight but Stage 2 especially are RNG hell.

Hah! You don't have Pharaoh Sanders like I did!
Neener neener!

...Are you picking the "ayyy let's gang up on'im" option?

On the contrary, the Specials are the perfect Stand to beat Polnareff. Theoretically. It's just that you have to brave RNG hell to do it because the seven Silver Chariot shadow clones each get their own turn in which their attack can cause Bleed or Fear which makes you lose your fucking turn. And to top it all off Polnareff sits his cowardly French ass at M range self-healing 20 hp per turn the whole time, which caused me to lose my first attempt by running out of SP trying to outdamage the healspamming fuckpump when I clearly should've just been hocking pebbles at him! Every attempt since then has been trying and failing to get back to where I was at the mercy of the RNG. And the only save point is before Stage 1 so I have to refight him as Avdol every single time.

And no, fuck you, I refuse to take the easy way out and gang up on him.

I know your pain.
Maybe some equipable item prevents Fear? I know they prevent various ailments.

Ah good, so did I. Forgot what level I was at by the time I beat him, but I did it alone.

Yeah, that's the first of many bosses that have that 7SU Seal of 'Quality' Boss Design

Rubber Soul is gonna make you foam at the mouth faster than hearing someone complain about vegemite while saying Foster's is the greatest beer known to man

Sonic Youth handles Polnareff pretty easily. By the time you fight Polnareff, you'll have the speed buff/debuff spells, durability buff, and an attack that hits all targets. I forget if Polnareff's vulnerable to sleep or confusion, but if he is those are there too.

Well, at least you didn't get Miracles. Miracles can't win fights on it's own unless you grind until you don't have fingers left.

@ZerbanDaGreat

I love these LPs, they're great, but do you think you could threadmark more of the posts? Scrolling up the entire page to get to the 'Next' button is a little inconvenient.

You know that you can have Avdol fight him in both phases and have him "Brainstorm" during the second phases for a easy win.

Can I just say that I really do appreciate that Brainstorm is an option in this game? While you're a fucking scrub if you use it, the option to just skip a difficult boss you can't beat is brilliant, even if you're punished because of it.

You don't get XP, money or item drops. Most notably you won't get any of the rather important things you exchange for rewards in the post-game.
