I just found this. It's beautiful.
Let's go with the first half of orkish 'diplomacy' to start off our first contact: Threats and unilateral demands. The second half of orkish diplomacy is obviously putting those threats into practice, which we will diplomatically wait to do until after they fail to meet our demands.
