Delighted to see so many plans prioritizing Justice this round. Hard to choose between them. Seeds for Growth makes the right move imo in studying the river sprits, but I'd prefer to put off the religious lodges until we can to the merchant guilds at the same time to balance them out.

Pairing Funerary Rites with Spiritualism is a must to allow exchange of information from the deceased.

To weigh in on the hilariously controversial topic of writing, I think its clearly a force multiplier for justice, communication and science, as an extra means of recording information, and as far as I'm aware doesn't actually lock us out of getting mentats, if that's what you really want.

Merchants have generally had pole position / first among equals status since the first turn, as far as I can tell, so while I don't want to let them fall too far behind the other classes, I don't think they're at risk of it yet. Preferred to add corvee because I want to see our public works and infrastructure upgraded easily and benefitting as many people as possible (and done with de-facto wage labor rather than unpaid civic volunteerism).

We already invested 2 points in religious orders guys. Why are we wasting that....

Will be sad to miss river spirits but I don't want to spend points on writing unnecessarily when we could be getting art or merchant guilds instead.

Hmm, I'm not super for or super against any of these plans. I'm glad basically everything has Sanctuary, math, and roads, disappointed none of the plans with traction do anything with the tech we got from the Machine Army people. I think that's a waste, IMHO.

I still want us to get Wind and Water Power at some point. Sure in the long run Solar Power will be better, but in the meantime it's a single point in exchange for significant benefits to society.
