On the subject of non-human characters, again, I'm a muthafucking dragon.
 
Name: 刃浩 光雄 [family name Hahiroshi, given name Mitsuo]
Alias: Vorpal
Power Base:Psychic Blade Construction
Appearance: About 181cm, blue eyes, refined, but not delicate features. Wiry build, broad shoulders, chronically barefoot, but wears vibrams or other minimal shoes in civilian. Black, wavy shoulder length hair, kept in a ponytail in my civilian ID, let loose as Vorpal.
Costume: A reinforced black wrestling singlet with a bold teardrop outline that starts at the bottom of his sternum and wraps around the back of his neck, creating a V across his front. Color changing HUD contact lenses [Transparent/Green.] Contacts will be green as Vorpal, transparent in Civ ID.
Quirk: Vorpal's Razor, I can project and/or launch blue blades of psychic energy, small and large, from any point on my skin. Smaller blades are more opaque and last longer when thrown, while larger ones are more transparent, and aren't really made for throwing. My blades take concentration, however, so distracting me somehow can get me to drop them, or worse. In my civilian ID I present my Quirk as Paper Cutter, where I can cut thin material with my fingertips.

Bio: I discovered my Quirk while doing some work in middle school. I was going over a handout my teacher gave me, thinking how I wanted to just cut away anything that didn't make sense, and next thing I knew I was slicing my paper with my fingertip. I've always thought that having heroes with public identities was asking for trouble if their loved ones can't defend themselves from a villain, so I hid my abilities, enrolled in secret, and found ways to hide my identity when I did use them.
Personality: I'm an absolute go-getter, always seeking to help people, which is why I enrolled in the first place, and also why I tutor and volunteer at the animal shelter in my civilian identity. My favorite personal time activity is climbing things, trees, mountains, skyscrapers... If I have the time, it will be climbed.

Here is my submission.

Name: Riku Fumitani
Power Base: Earth Breath
Appearance:
Pale and demure, Riku looks the part of a Japanese yamato nadeshiko. A lithe figure that never seems to gain any weight, many girls envied Riku for her body. Short black hair styled in a bob, a cute clipper to keeps her bangs out of the way, she is the epitome of cuteness. Especially with her large, amethyst colored eyes and small nose.

Ignore any imperfections you may see. Those are just your eyes playing tricks on you.

Costume:
A black, skin-tight leather biker outfit that allows wide range of motion and minimal protection. The outfit comes with spiky pauldron and a fierce iron mask. The most notable additions are a pair of cestus and a pouch for food.

Quirk:
Rocky Regurgitation- It's very embarrassing to talk about it....

Binge Eater: Watch at your own discretion.

Tokyo Beatdown: Prying into other people's past is a definite no-no.

Bio: A dandy and elegant, upper class-looking girl who is inspired to be a hero by the dandy and elegant hero Best Jeanist. Well-mannered and soft spoken, Riku does her best to be a stylish and graceful hero that everyone can look up to.

What scars? No, no, no, those are from, umm, working with the needles. Yes, needles! And no, you haven't definitely seen her around in Tokyo. You must be mistaken. Mis. Ta. Ken.

Also, a couple of ne'er-do-wells calling her Boss are just silly people whose eyesight needs checking. Riku is not involved in any acts of delinquency. Any other stories to the contrary are outright lies and slanders.

Time to work on other stuffs before other people gets mad.

I'll point out that Quirks tend to manifest by the age of four at the latest.....so you might want to take that into account!
 
Finally done with my character sheet, just have to wait for the GM and presumably the Shadow Cabal to take a look at it.

Name: Kazuko Arawa
Hero Name: Treasury
Power Base: Jewelry Manipulation
Appearance: Fairly long, brown hair; usually disheveled. 5'9". Has a rather lean and well-toned build, and appears to almost constantly have a scowl on her face.

Costume: A yellow bodysuit with various valuable minerals weaved into it, essentially being an extra layer on it. The head and neck aren't covered by it.

Quirk: Costly Metallurgy - Kazuko can telekinetically move and shape valuable minerals within a 5-meter radius and 20-meter tall cylinder.

Skills:
Good Sculptor
High Endurance
Martial Arts only they're not as good as actual formally trained martial arts
Bio: Kazuko wasn't born into a family of any particular note. Her parents weren't heroes, or entrepreneurs, or make very noteworthy observations or discoveries. But they weren't poor, either.

She would make some friends in elementary school, have fun, get embarrassed, play video games, find a hobby in sculpting, etcetera.
 
All this talk about X-Men and monstrous quirks. My character embodies what true body horror is, in this modern era.

I'm just tall and almost blind. Wow, I feel positively normal compared to yall's characters.
