You know. I'm feeling like I want out of the Hanabi train. She simply too much high maintenance.

She doesn't even comes with high skill or superhuman beauty.

As Hanabi is an actual character and not a Disadvantage totally inherent to Sosuke himself, it's going to take a bit more than just spending exp. Further effort, mostly in the form of roleplaying, is going to be needed as well.

Presumably, though, spending some exp would let us dial back the crazy a bit.

If nothing else, "naturally fading insecurity" would be a reasonable thing.

Well, if we're leaning towards the Lion then our nearest goal will still be keeping this crazy Dragon girl within eyesight. If something, this should be over once we're back at home.

Also, not everything is clubbing hell and shadowspawns in L5R. There's the metaphorical clubbing with words too. :V

Not sure why you guys hate on Hanabi so much. We knew what we were getting into. She might be axe murderess, but she's our axe murderess. Even if she's not the most skilled duelist or the best built character, she's still interesting and I personally enjoy seeing the kinds of stuff she brings along.
 
Still say we should have got disgustingly drunk and puked on her. It's the the Crab way of breaking up. Or courtship. One of them.
 
Hanabi is a fairly adorable little ball of murder crazy to me. As the guy who first put the 'secret love' disadvantage, I want to play this out, besides if we're not going to spec for duelling may as well get a Mirumoto to do it for us.

Hang on, I object to that statement our ancestor was a great duelist. Just ask that one dragon we tetsuboed.
