Get Ya Krumpers On (Ork Riot Quest)

[X]Run into the Enemy
-[x]What: Get a fellow Ork, preferably a bigger one, to throw me physically at a group of retreating Humies somewhere. (If they're running, I might actually survive a failure.) Yeah, odds are this'll kill me, but I have no Bigness to spend anyway; why not try for MAXIMUM ORK!
-[x]Where: I don't really care where; pick somewhere where my fellows are driving the Humies to retreat.

Note that, assuming I survive, I want to paint myself Blue and grab as many ranks of Gretchen as I can pay for. Then BUILD!!!
Further note: If I survive with 4 Biggness, maybe I should play the Lucky Dok instead?
Robinton threw 1 100-faced dice. Reason: Death, Hilarity, or Glory! Total: 81

@Planetary Tennis if I add shooting do I need to roll another set of dice to my post vote?

[X] Run into the Enemy

Let's aim for a Weirdboy, that sounds fun.

I agree. D.o.E, this is an incredibly rare opportunity. Having a 100mis already rare enough, but two consecutively? Take it. Trust me, take it. Uou'll be better off for it. A 0.0001% chance. Do it, bro. Become the most lucky of us all, @Dragonofelder. You're allowed to repaint yourself a new color later, so just take the dakka and leave.

No only blue adds more dice
Which is better in your opinion: Blur or Black? Avoiding death, or the possibility of greater reward and a better chance to avoid death?

Naah, I wanna be a Flash-Git! Then Im gonna get me DEFF DREAD!!!

I feel like I will panit my boyz with black, blue and some others, I need to check what I can do.

Edit: Ok, If I have enough Biggness, I will paint myself black, become weirdboy and mekboy and buy some gretchins. But at the start I will paint myself black and buy some gretchins.

I'd say it depends on death-chance for your occupation. If you're always on the front-lines, then especially after your first few turns, immortality (never lose your Bigness) is a peerless power. By contrast, if you're doing something that only has a 10% chance to kill you per turn, Blue makes that a mere 1%, and gives you improved crit and high-roll chances.

Assuming I survive, I'm going to consider it a proppaly Orky start, and go on to do something un-Orky to compensate - builder or medic. So Blue.

Also, at some point, I have a dream: to drink a cup of Yorkshire Tea. I'm not even sure what it is, but I'm looking forward to this strange vision Gork and Mork have given me.

Brother..you can *cough cough*…you can paint yourself yellow the next turn. If you take the two 100s this turn *bleeds from unnamed orfice* you can get the bigness you need…for…deff dread…

Hmm…then for my purposes, Blue is probably better. I'd rather not paint myself at all, but being green doesn't give any benefit.

Now 'at's what Iz call a weirdboy.

Let me put it this way:
Sometimes it's betta ta be lucky dan smart. An' we ork's are not known for our intelligence.
Ca-yur-full. Dem doks woulda krumped ya fur dat one.

Don't want to vote on something that I have no knowledge on…
Take basically any "we will fight everyone forever" faction you feel like, and attach a funetik aksent (which, if it's too much trouble, you can probably ignore) to it. Give them vast enthusiasm fora literal addiction to combat (a wiki I looked up said that an ork who couldn't fight withered away like he was starving, even though all his other needs were met), remove any sense of subtlety (to the point that they are the worst shots in the setting, compensating through sheer fire rate), and you've got a pretty good idea of what Orks are.

Also, they're apparently a kind of genetically-engineered fungus? So if one dies, he shoots off a bunch of spores that make more Orks (making them a major pain to get rid of- I think the wiki mentioned instances where the infestation outlived the planet?). And there are also a bunch of subspecies, such as Gretchins, which are basically goblins.

If you want to learn a new skill, you just need to get big enough to buy the relevant occupation; they've got some sort of genetic memory shenanigans going that nobody understands.

Everyone else... well, they're basically sci-fi-flavored counterparts to standard fantasy races (Humans are still Human, Eldar are Elves, there was a robot faction whose name escapes me at the moment replacing the undead, Chaos is demons and their cultists, that sorta thing).

tldr: Just roleplay a guy who really really likes fighting, and is literally incapable of fear.

Depending on the level of knowledge...

First, you have Warhammer 40,000 (WH40K). A summary that I really like (credit goes to the Mandalore Gaming youtube channel) is Imagine Hulk Hogan, and he's armored with 40 pickup trucks, and he's fighting satan in a cathedral. Also, the Cathedral is a colossal warship in space.

That's WH40K in a nutshell.

In WH40K, there are many playable sides, most of them defined by their dominant species. Ork are one of those species.

Ork are kind of like fantasy Orcs, but with a healthy side-order of "Hold my beer". They're basically WH40K's comedy relief team.

Actually I think once you pick a colour you stick with it
Or spend a Biggness to paint another color.

@Blackangel Also WH40K Ork=Saiyans+literally no concept self preservation thru not fighting. Freiza would just inspire them to fight harder not bow and kiss his feet. And instead of Ki they have "WAAAAAAGH!" which is kind like a fundamental energy that builds up with fighting and expectations of fighting combined with more Orks. Other species try to kill Ork's hard when they think a good WAAAAAAGH! is going to start because a strong WAAAAAAGH! tends to make the battles go impossibly in Ork's favor. It's also how they build stuff. If it looks like it should work they it works. Crap shaped like a gun will shoot even if it doesn't ever have ammo. Same with all other Ork Tech.

Yeah, the general appearance is that the Warboss will be whoever is the first to pass a certain Bigness threshold. Until they get unseated by someone else beating them anyway.
