    These are the four elements of the world and in the world, there are people who can bend these elements.

    And for thousands of years, the four nations have lived together in harmony, in a delicate balance maintained by The Avatar, the only person in the world who can bend all four Elements.

    The Avatar is the bridge between the physical world and the spirit world.

    But as the world needed the avatar, to settle the growing dispute and unchecked ambition of global powers… He died.

    But for over 100 years, the world has been at war, and the Avatar disappeared.

    Everyone is hoping… praying… begging the spirits for the Avatar to Return.

    You are one of them.

    What Fate… What War has befallen the world:

    []Canon: Firelord Sozen has used the power of the Comet that bears his name to destroy the Air Nomads around the world, trying to destroy the Avatar. He failed, for the Avatar was not at the Temples. For the last century, they have tried to conquer the Earth Kingdom, using their mighty industry to wage cruel war on the world.

    []An Icy Fate: The Watertribe has united, and with the power of the Fullmoon, have unleashed the greatest of terrors on the world. Blood bending. After a surgical strike on Air Nomads during a full moon, they were destroyed. Now they seek to dominate the world, turning once-fertile lands into wastelands, so that their enemies will surrender.

    []A Rocky Recovery: After Chin the Conquer fell, there was a vacuum that needed to be filled… Chaos reigned for decades, before the Earth King descended from his palace, to restore order. Order was restored. But ambitions were not checked. The Earth King realized he wielded incredible power. And no one to stop him... So the World bleeds.

    []A Terrible Fate: The Air Nomads... Changed. A great change fell upon them like the swiftness of lightning, with such change came a simple choice. Patience, or Fear. Honor, or Dishonor...Peace, or War. They choose War. And now, they fight the whole world to force it, into peace.

    []Interregnum: There was so much that went wrong when Kyoshi died. She left a world without avatar at it's most crucial point… when governments changed, and identities were forged. Roku could only do so much before everything became chaotic. And once the Avatar disappeared from the Air Nomads… it got progressively worse. Now there are a thousand bushfires and wars all over the world, and no Avatar to keep the peace.

    Weapon Mastery:

    Bow and Arrow (Mastered): A simple weapon that sends arrows flying through the arrow. A ranged Weapon at heart, it is a tool of hunters, marksmen, and the more... Unsavory lot of bandits and soldiers. (+30 to rolls in combat ambushes. +20 to ranged combat rolls. -20 in melee combat)

    Qiang Spear (Mastered): The Standard Spear of the Earth Kingdom, a quaint long spear, no different than others with only a distinctive red sash at the end,. (+20 to melee combat rolls. +10 to defensive rolls against ranged opponents.)

    Skills:

    Ranks: Incompetent, Competent, Skilled, Master, Legendary

    Competent Diplomacy: You are okay at talking to people, a trait that is shared with your family. (+10 to diplomacy rolls)

    Competent Command: You are not a good commander, but you know enough to formulate plans of attack. (+10 to command rolls)

    Competent Stewardship: You were decent at handling coin and money… even though you were not very good at it. (+10 to stewardship rolls)

    Competent Intrigue: You can tell a lie… well enough you suppose. Not like your father, but that was not a true surprise (+10 to intrigue rolls)

    Competent Spirituality: You believe in the Spirits… but you can never feel them. (+10 to spirituality rolls)

    Skilled Combatant: You are among the better combatants in the world of fighting. (+20 to combat rolls)

    Traits:

    The Rogue's Child: You have been raised in the underbelly of the world, you know there is more than the black and white Morality of life within the law. (+10 to intrigue rolls. +5 to combat rolls.)

    Diligent: Once you set your mind to it, you will never stop until it's complete. (+5 to all rolls)

    Criminal: You are a Wanted fugitive of the law, someone who has either committed crimes or has been framed for crimes by the ruling power.(+5 to intrigue rolls. Certain Actions are locked out. If the disaster roll goes higher than 70, there is a roll for your capture)

    Um... you are just choosing a canon charecter, and the senario you're in... not the canon charecter themselves.
