I mean... My first instinct is to just translate anti venom into Greek, and that gives αντιδηλητήριο, or antidilitírio. I think that sounds pretty good as a long form, and shortening it to just "Anti" seems pretty reasonable and still alludes to why it was made, plus it actually kinda sounds like a drug name. It could also become publicly known as "Ante", as in ante up, and that's also a good drug name that alludes to the intent behind its creation without spoiling what actually goes into it.
