Either one would work fine in my opinion. Peter due to the high security bonus dealing with our security malus, and Karl for his ability for when we make a mistake. (Leaning towards Peter though, mainly for the security concern)

Peter because Afton is still on the loose, so security is going to be a big priority in the coming years if we want to stop the Five missing children incident. Though we'd have the downside of maybe getting drawn into the RE bs through being connected to Umbrella......
Lucinda because she's Henry's protege, which to me would kind of make sense for her to be the next CEO of Fazbear entertainment, as Henry would most likely pass the torch into her given their relationship.
Kind of wish 1990 won even though I didn't chose that year (mainly because we'd be fighting an uphill battle with everything), that way we'd probably have the option to either recruit or maybe chose Micheal Afton as our MC (we may get the option to recruit him later though, but that'd most likely be many turns away).
Also remember guys, no matter who we chose we have a daughter, which means KEEP HER THE ABSOLUTE FUCK AWAY FROM FREDDY'S NO MATTER WHAT!!! If Willy has no issues with murdering Charlie, who was the daughter of his business partner and close friend (and who Charlie presumably looked up to as some kind of Uncle figure before her death) on her birthday, then he's not going to think twice about killing and stuffing our MC's daughter into a suit if he thinks/knows he can get away with it.
So yeah, no bring your kid to work day.

Afton didnt lure all kids from Freddy's. Some he straight up kidnapped around town.
I understand why Micheal would be banned (given he caused the Bite of 83), though why would William be banned? Would it be because of the company wanting to distance themselves from Fredbear's and those more closely associated with it? Or due to shit like accusations of Willy being the one who murdered the kids (I'm pretty sure in the Silver Eye books William was a suspect but the cops didn't have enough evidence to make any arrests). Or was it due to how William left? (him wanting to do his own thing with Afton robotics)
Though if it's a case with the former, would Henry also be barred as well?

Lucinda can make up for her lackluster Security by building better defences and more robust defenders, like the Security Puppets.
One crucial thing is that she has a general bonus to working with the robots and Fazbear mascots in general, which may help massively with the haunted animatronics thing we got going on.
