It is customary for the first successful route to be a Fate end. If there's a next time, then the Brie equivalent of UBW might be in the cards. Or never, I don't know.

It's also 1AM where I'm at, and I feel like I'm about to puke and have a heart stoppage in that order. I have an exam in 7 hours so all I'm gonna say is Thank You for getting us to the End. To all the questers. On both sides of the waifu divide.

Having realized in the past 12 hours I've been digging myself a grave based on overthinking/reading too deeply into stuff in the quest from day one... Nah. Let Rabbit's story wrap up the way they and everyone else want it to. Maybe next go-around.

.......All this work to get both protagonists working together on finding another option and the best we get is a choice between a Fate route ending where the protagonists are selfless martyrs giving up their own happiness in order to "save everyone" and a blank write-in? Really?

A. Fate Route ending ,even if it ultimately results in the two reuniting in Avalon, is terrible given it results in Shirou endlessly throwing himself into battle to save random people he never met in order to simply be murdered by them later because "muh selfless people can't be understood so normal people persecute them" so I categorically reject inflicting it on anyone else.

B. There is no Avalon equivalent here and the "normal" afterlife in the nasuverse is the existentially horrifying soul blender of Akasha. So If Medb fades away here, Brie and Medb will never be reunited ever again after this and Brie's soul will eventually be ripped apart and ground up to make an entirely new soul after a living a life devoid of the one she loves.

C. I've started to hate selfless characters that never actually go for what they want and instead focus on making others (the people they're romantically interested in even if said person loves someone else, as just one example) happy at their own expense.

People voted to find a third option that could give us a happily ever after without screwing over innocent lives and it got us nothing but "figure it out yourselves".

I'd make some clever write-in that allows us all to get what we want, but I can't come up with one. We only get the one wish after all.

Well that's a slightly subtle way of trying to hide two wishes In one. Probably not gonna work.

I want everybody, including Mage Association to forget about not only holy Grail War, but also Brie. The wish is about forgetting, so let's make everybody forget a bit more.

Very crude and blunt write-in, but it's all I can write

Why wouldn't it? I specifically specified all living and dead. Rider is a Servant and technically living as well as "dead" so she should fit at least one of those categories to be "restored to a healthy body".

.........That's even worse than the original option. That leaves us with no Medb and a whole lot of dead people.

Not my perfect tragedy ending, but it'll do.

AGH who am I kidding, this is the first quest I've seen end and boy has it been worth it!

I feel like you might be right if this was the original grail, but it's a shitty knockoff. I don't think it can corporealize Medb and do the other things.

Worst comes to worst we at least tried and get the consolation prize of saving everyone else even if it doesn't have enough power to finish the job by giving Medb a body.

Worst comes to worst, it spreads energy over the two Wishes and doesn't complete either.
Edit: I mean, I don't actually mind the attempt, just, you know, bad things can happen.
