Clearly, Bazett fell into a hunger coma while on a mission to Japan, and in exchange for being fed, taught Shirou how to not be a complete failure as a mage. She left a Fragarach charge behind, and while Shirou was flailing around trying to finish the summon ritual before he got shanked, he knocked it into the circle by accident.

I wasn't excepting a Shirou/Cuchulain team-up, so kudos for that. I hope we won't kill Shirou and Rider too soon, to see more of them as a team and how they'll impact eacher other. ._.

Knights are built in for the founding families to 'cheat' with. Because obviously magic and resistance to them are the deciding force in a battle of mages and familiars

Rider Cu Chulainn huh. Alright, so one of his noble phantasms is his chariot, pulled by a King of horses and piloted by a King of chariot drivers. I'm guessing another is a different usage of Gae Bolg. Hard to use the one on one version in a chariot, so thrown.
My guess is that the thrown form uses the momentum of the chariot to his advantage and makes it anti army, but instead of the Lancer version, (fuck that city block), it is horizontal and Rider doesn't need to jump. Or in short, fuck that direction.
As for that last NP, the castle is apparently tied to Ireland so I wouldn't guess that. I'm guessing that either the driver and horse are separate or Ath n Galba counts.
