'Finally... after all the fighting we can...'

As he was brought along by Miyu but was displaced in a near enough alternate world where his prana was replaced with this world's leylines, he himself is not aware of the existence of this Skill. He would only notice it should the connection disappear or someone points it out.

During his life time, the sorceries learned by Emiya are unremarkable. However, the "projection" sorcery he wields is quite special, as it is able to duplicate weapons, including all the components, to near perfection. In addition, during duplication, he can even read the wielder's skills, which allows him to gain all kinds of Noble Phantasms and combat skills.
Eye of the Mind (True): C
A danger-avoidance ability that utilises the intelligence collected up to the current time as the basis, in order to predict the opponent's activity and change the current situation. This is not a result of talent, but an overwhelming amount of combat experience. A weapon wielded by none other than a mortal, gained through tenacious training. Shirou's Eye of the Mind is underdeveloped compared with EMIYA's, however, the encroachment of the Archer card into his soul has still engraved much of EMIYA's combat experience into his soul.

Emiya Shirou's Reality Marble that records and stores every weapon he ever saw. His internal world has limitless resources to create any weapon then brought forth by Shirou's tracing. This iteration of Shirou is also capable of evoking the ability in its entirety. By chanting a small poem as an incantation, Shirou can call his Reality Marble to replace the physical world around him. His internal world shows a night sky with endless falling snow, the ground is littered with swords.
The majority of the weapons preserved in the reality marble are Noble Phantasms of Heroic Spirits copied through projection sorcery, each possessing deadly powers. Although the majority of the weapons are swords, the Noble Phantasm that provides absolute defence against projectiles, "Rho Aias", is also said to be copied and stored in the reality marble. Also, the ability of the replicated Noble Phantasm suffers one rank down compared to the original.
Not only can he freely access the weapon stored inside Unlimited Blade Works, he can also modify the weapons to his wish like Caladbolg II. High-Thaumaturgy-level Magecraft can be cast at the speed of Single-Action spells.

Medea, an excellent treatment magus, naturally invalidates all poisons, making her poison proof. At the same time, when she heals someone of poison or anything that can be considered conceptually as "poison", she is also able to restore their physical strength.

For those that do not know any better, it would just look like the rewinding of time. It can abolish any and all unreasonableness other than "death", but it simply cannot bring back the dead.

It makes the entirety of her body poisonous to the touch and even the sweet aroma that emanates from her is poison in and of itself. She prefers embracing her victims and kissing them on the lips, using the poison to fry their brains in a few seconds, but any form of contact with her is fatal, no matter how small.
It is said that this Hassan possessed the power to spread this deadly poison on the wind, wiping out entire armies if necessary, but also lacking in the capacity to discern friend from foe, making it equally devastating to her allies.

I guess that's possible. But isn't it more the case of when in the quest you punch Shinji rather than when in the timeline? Illya is 2 months ahead after all.
Caster is around January 12 while Canon starts at January 31st.
Going for the Sakura one will mean a few days from canon.

You see, if we were to punch Shinji's face in before he gets Rider, we would have a much larger chance of killing him! And then Sakura would be forced to use Rider instead of Shinji, which would spread butterflies and make this quest interesting! Not to mention we would also almost certainly befriend Ilya! And a power boost on top of that too?! With no Archer to kill us?! SOLD!!

Yeah, mostly since this is a Fate/Kaleid crossover, which means we need Mahou Shoujo's for the unevitable final fight vs the Ainsworth's.
Storytelling wise, older Medea brings nothing particularly new to Shirou's repertoire in terms of destruction. And Shirou needs a temporary Imouto to dote on.
