And the qm hasn't said that the vote is open yet.

24 hour wait on voting.

Vaccinate is free.

Open the doors might find survivors so need to do that right away.

Robots give a extra action.

Rations has a timed component.

And I want both special things.

I will try to paint my plan for the prologue.

On the first turn, it is worth taking something without which we simply cannot survive - food and water, medicines (which, among other things, will save those who are already injured), and vaccines.

Information, both by personal action and from the mainframe, will help us in the medium term.

Robots should be taken mainly for the sake of two actions for the price of one, although they will certainly come in handy later.

I would like to dedicate the next turn to both weapon options, seeds, water purifier, and roll one die each at the gekk and treasure

And in the third move, close all four floors, and do both actions to the exit.

If we're lucky, this way we'll have supplies for the first time, minimal danger in terms of medical problems in the short term, enough weapons to protect ourselves, and loot most of the dangerous places in the wasteland where there might be something of value to us, the ability to solve food and water problems in the medium term, as well as trade water with anyone, and the ability to pull the remaining valuables from the shelter in the future.

The moves to the gekk and the treasure are needed because they were there at all, since their options indicate that if there is at least some progress, their presence in the shelter is guaranteed, and we can try to pick them up later.

Yo what if we moved to hoover dam? Would the GECK be able to do much with that?
hoover dam a great idea right next to a large source of clean water it could become a haven in the wasteland with bountiful water and food due to the geck turning the surronding land into eden and with tons of water right next to it, it could stay that way. The hoover dam is huge with plenty of space for us to live and gives us control of the most impormant asset in the region, tons of elecitry it the perfect choice

Camp Gulf sounds like your location or Cottonwood Cove down river.

Hmmm, I don't know all that is missing is energy and the fact that the group would be the first to meet the Legion
energy is pretty fricking big and those locations we would have to set up our infrastruture water purfiers ect while in the hoover dam we would have a huge amount of ready made areas that are safe untouched by the war ready for us to go into with and with the geck when we activte it we would have a bountifual area that have tons of water right next to it menaing it stay bountiful. It also is the most impormant thing in the region making us a major power right away and that we can leverage in turning us into a major faciton. We are on the crossraods between east and west being the only way across the colroda on foot meaning we get tons of trade through unlike the other locations, also it has the most ready acces to water to and it is much more defenisble compared to the other options

Guys, we're the Boomers.

We don't take shit from anybody.

Great Khans, Vipers, Jackals, and other raiders don't have the collective firepower that we do.

Let's try to break some weapons from the armory, as well as the GECK and immune boosters.

People will start eyeing us up, let's make sure that they don't have the chance.

This is another reason I want the dam since it be such a prime location you think we have to worry people trying to take it from us but we are gonna have the best weaponary in the wasteland no one gonna be able to take the dam from us

We can also try to link up with survivors from Vaults 21 and 3.

From what I can tell, 22 and 11 are complete busts right now.
that be cool if we could but I don't want to make it a priority or work toward it as our main goal since we have more than enough people

edit: Also our chac shit as social stuff making it hard to convince people and it gonna make in intergating any of them hard

Just a quick reminder that you have five AP and one personal AP to work with, with 'Vaccinate!' not requiring any AP to do. As a result, plans 'Primary needs and information' and 'I Feel SPECIAL' can each choose one more AP, and plan 'Order of Operations' needs to bump off one of its choices or replace it with 'Vaccinate!' since it's free.

With the GECK, don't forget that there are two types- the hyper-advanced matter-converters we see in Fallout 3 (and possibly referenced in 76) and the lesser but still quite useful GECK seen in the first couple games. Now the latter won't fully be the same as the games GECK, and I'll later on be posting on just what it entails, but basically the 'quality roll' mentioned in the 'Gates to Eden' action will determine which type of GECK you'll be getting. As mentioned, spillover from completing the Progress for the action will be applied to the quality roll (if divided by 2). Applying a Personal 'Focus' to either this or the other SPECIAL action will also put half of the bonus (+5) onto the quality roll. Finally, there is one last way to put a bonus onto the GECK...

Omakes!

Any information involving them has been put onto the Mechanics Information Page, but basically I will be allowing such a bonus to be applied to the Quality roll. It does come at a risk though as compared to putting the bonus onto the main progress roll, as if you put the omake bonus onto the quality roll and the progress roll isn't fully completed that turn, the omake bonus you have to work with will either be downgraded or, in the case of it being a +5, wiped. So be careful when choosing when to do it.

Finally, you all can choose wherever you want to go to set up your main settlement, but be careful. There are many groups and threats that will be around, and the more you travel the more you may encounter. And there will even be groups, tribes, and such that were not present by the time the canon game rolls around. A combination of it being decades before the game-start and the world be expanded to normal size compared to the games leaves a decent amount of room to add in new opportunity and danger after all.
