Knew we forgot something when we sent the last message out. It's not really our business per se, but what exactly is it with the two EU task forces? We were imagining that you would be more well informed than us, due to the relationship betwixt you and the United Kingdom.

Secret:

It is good to hear that Ottawa maintains its traditional good sense on this matter, and for my proposal to resume civilian traffic and travel.

Contrary to what is said by the so-called "governments" that claim dominion over the entire former US, our presence here is not one aimed at facilitating territorial expansion. Indeed, doing such a thing would endanger Russia's exceedingly important relationships with North American states, which would not be ideal for Russian interests. While we cannot rule out the possibility of things such as military bases to expand our regional capabilities as well as support stable governments in the region (something Canada can no doubt agree is quite important), simply conquering everywhere our armies can hold and annexing it into the Russian Federation would be utter folly, you shall hear of no such thing from us. Any military presence we would arrange would of course be done solely with the consultation of a sovereign state under conditions agreed upon by both Russia and that state.

Regarding your proposal for Sitka and Juneau, I believe we can make an arrangement on those terms. Joint-basing in the area between Russia and Canada, combined with proposals to mutually draw down garrisons on our shared border would be ideal here. That way we can eventually return Alaska to its pre-collapse borders and hopefully restore some sense of normalcy to the Alaskan people.

As to your concerns about Alaska proper, I can assure you that I am doing all in my power to secure the livelihood and security of the Alaskan people. While I am ultimately a soldier and thus cannot idly accept any violent rebellion that would put the lives of the men under my command at risk, I aim to see to it that the Alaskan populace is provided for in every way, and that their traditions and customs are respected.

Exceedingly Secret (Between General Strelnikov and David Turner only):

And, strictly between us, while I know you have excellent relations with your cultural kin across the sea in Britain, if you should ever come across any problems with the European Union or them, know that the Russian Federation would be eager to inaugurate a stronger partnership with Canada.

Truth be told, the nature of the EU's presence in the North America is alarming to us, we cannot help but wonder if their deployment is not in the interests of regional security or the people of the former United States, but rather solely designed to counter their perceived threat from us. If I were convinced that they could be reasoned with, I'd move Heaven and Earth to get them what they need, but I find myself... distinctly lacking in confidence that Brussels can be expected to deal fairly with us.

Secret:

What said "governments" say kinda don't matter to us much. While publicly we still recognize the Denver Government as the Legitimate US Government that is pretty much a temporary thing that will likely end soon. The truth of the matter is the United States of America as a Nation is dead. While its spirit and its contributions to history will live on like other nations in the past now we have to look into the future. And we thank the Russian Government for its honesty regarding the matter of no threat exisiting of Russian Expansionism. Afterall Russia has nothing to gain from annexing areas that culturally wise have nothing to do with Russia. What Russia does with any potential future states in North America doesn't concern us the slightest unless said endangers Canada but we trust the Russian Governemnt won't do anything to endanger said relationship.

And yes I think that would be the ideal result. 5 years seems to us a good reasonable amount of time to organize such efforts. We will still have to bring it up to the Canadian Parliament but hopefully the possibilities of trade with Alaska will make them aprove of this measure.

And we are glad to see such happen. In fact perhaps we can talk up with the National Hockey League. The NHL following the colapse of the United States relocated itself to Canada and we have managed to keep the league going with Canadian Teams. Has Alaska retained any Ice Hockey League teams? We can perhaps have them integrate the NHL eventually or in this case reintegrate. That would boost relations in a good way. On another way perhaps also as a possibility of a Friendly Match between Russia and Canada happening outside of Official Competition would help in easing tensions the Canadian people might have of Russians and Vice-Versa.

Exceedingly Secret:

While we will unlikely ever run into tension with London the fact the rest of the European Union is having a seperate Task Force from them is both a concern of us and London. While they claim to listen to Brussels we know who the real power behind the ETFA in Jacksonville are. Berlin and Paris. We are cautious about Germany and France's intentions towards the former United States. While we also enjoy great relations with France we do not trust the Germans as much so we will remain on alert towards them.

Ever since the dissolution of the United States of America, the Mexican people experienced one of the worst economic depressions they had ever seen. The lost of their major trade partner and the dissolution of the dollar hit the Mexican people hard. It would be fortunate for them that many are used to life changing economic depressions and the loss of their livelyhood. While it wasn't merely another tuesday in the Mexican economy, the Mexican people reacted as well as they possibly could have. The rise of the Asian investors from 2015 onward their continued economic ties did help a bit.

The state of Mexico was improving ever since the election of Pedro Ferriz de Con - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. A reporter and journalist that was critical of the Mexican Goverment ever since the 1980's. He runned as an independent candidate in the 2018 presidential election during the Mexican era of independent candidates.

In 2015, something without precedent in Mexican politics happened. An independent candidate named Jaime Rodriges, nicknamed "El Bronco" won the general election for the state of Nuevo Leon. The people of Mexico grew tired of the same old political parties that did little to better their way of life. It grew to the point that an independent candidate, was more likely to win, than any other candidate associated with any political party.

When Pedro Ferriz came into office, he changed some of Mexico's domestic policy during his 8 year term. He collaborated with Mexico's top Universities to provide incentive for innovation and made away with Mexico's longstanding policy of not rewarding public researches for their findings. Where before, when a breakthrough was made the researcher or innovator wasn't rewarded or was able to make a fortune, and instead was just paid their usual wage.

Along his changes, he reformed the Mexican Public education system and invested in public equipment. Rooting out the long standing corruption in the "Secretaria de Educacion Publica" (Secretary of Public Education.) Speaking of corruption, Pedro Ferriz dedicated forty-two years of his life covering the comings and goings of the Mexican government. If there was one person who knew where corruption was rampant, it was Pedro. Like a hammer on a nail, he rooted out corruption wherever it stood.

He also expanded on the Fuerza Civil (Civil Force) programs in Nuevo Leon and Veracruz. Froming Police forces from Army soldiers trained in military maneuvers supplied with military equipment. Every major state and city has a military/police garrison in the form of Fuerza Civil.

The following years after his term was over, the PAN party, "Partido Accion National" continued his work. Louis Alberto Alvarez just won the election a year ago, and is working tirelessly to bring Mexico back from the economic hole Mexico is in.

Internal Event
  • Drug Cartels are once again on the offensive.
  • In response to the growing treat of the Drug Cartels. Louis Alberto and the Mexican Senate legalize many major drugs. A age restriction of 18 years of age is implemented for sales. It is their hope that this will force the Cartel's hand and get them to operate in the open.
  • Continued work to recover economically.

We will leave it to Ottawa to announce the treaty then, I will of course make a press release shortly after your own confirming the truth of this and announcing its details to the general public.

Let's do the first match in Vancouver to seal the deal. It was a Canadian proposal, so the honour of hosting the first game should go to Canada.

It would in any event take some time for me to prepare event security for a match in Anchorage so it would give me the time to do that. At the time my situation is such that I cannot personally attend the match, though I will send my diplomatic attaché, Yulia Kazimirov to attend in my stead. I would be present personally, but my situation is such that I cannot justifiably leave Alaska with so much left to do there.

Ms. Kazimirov is a very bright young lady, speaks English, Russian, and French and actually has family members in Canada who emigrated from Russia after the collapse of the Soviet Union. She is a very adept at her job, I have requested nothing but the best when building my staff.

Radio Free USA
Hey there all you folks, this is Mad Jack back on the air for you, bringing you the latest news and the dirty truth that the politicos and the bureaucrats don't want you to catch wind of. We've had a bit of a rough time here and I think i might have seen some helicopters searching for us earlier, but they can't stop the power of freedom. Even if this small trailer I was in was under siege itself, I'd bring you the highlights up until the very end!

First off, I'd like to give a big thanks to all the rich millionaires and multinational corporations who unwittingly contributed to the continued production of this hard hitting radio show through the liberation of their squandered wealth and now unused tax dollars. We figured you weren't spending it, so we decided to borrow from your bank accounts and help ourselves. It means we don't have to ask people for donations, and a service like this really should come without cost.

Now then, on to the big news! Specifically, Canada decided that it'd be cool to let Russia annex Alaska into their glorious Republic! Of course, one could ask who gave them the authority to do that in the first place, since it's sovereign American territory and they have no right giving over land that isn't there in the first place, but that would be expecting a politician from Ottawa to be rational. We all know the Canadians are too polite to have a backbone.

"But Jack, it's just a military occupation to maintain order. They won't stay there forever," you might say. To which I could only point you to that tiny example known as Crimea, known as Eastern Ukraine, known as Transnistria. The Russians say they plan to leave eventually, but they never actually mean that.

"But Jack, they promised not to expand anymore, or try to bring any more of America into their SOI," you might say. To which I can only say, you know who else promised that? Hitler. Putin. And what do we have now? A revanchist, authoritarian Russia sitting on the border of the EU, with their corrupt politicians and criminals relaxing happily on the beaches of the Baltic States that were offered up by Brussels so the European Union could have peace.

Don't be fooled by pointless words and bullshit, this is colonialism one-oh-one, imperialism plain and simple. The Canadians just handed over the rest of Alaska to the Russians with nothing but a 'by your leave,' in the interests of playing Hockey. After all, what do they care? Not like NATO was protecting their asses up until the USA bit it, and not like they've been arguing with the Russians over Arctic territory for the past couple dozen years.

Honestly folks, the Russians are in Alaska now well and good, and the Canadians have abandoned the people there. And Russians being the Russians, the only way they're ever gonna leave if someone kicks them out. I'm not saying you all should go and start a full on rebellion or something like that, I'm just saying that if you feel like you need to start getting ready to protect yourself in line with your Second Amendment rights, you should do that. Obviously the Russians shouldn't care since they're all about 'helping America', right?

Now then, enough of my ranting for a bit. let's have another song then, which some of you may recognize from 'Monty Python's Flying Circus'. See you in a bit....

Have no fear. We would welcome the affirmation of our current trade agreements. Terror in Houston!

Another victim of the Texan Reunionist terroists
As the year came to a close, terror gripped the streets of Houston. Masked men wielding guns and improvised explosives struck seemingly random mid-level executives located in the Gulf Corporate Alliance, after a blitz of "Free Texas" themed propaganda. Though no government has officially claimed responsibility for the attacks or the propaganda, and the terrorists seem home grown; the move by the the Texan government to almost immediately erect a blockade against the Gulf Corporate Association has aroused the suspicions of many.

Additionally, there were attacks at the city's port. More masked gunman used improvised, but powerful, explosives to wreck havoc on those they saw as 'collaborating' with the GCA. This included any dockworkers they could find, and many of the bystanders to their assassinations. Total civilian casualties are unknown at this time, but more than fifty people are dead and over a hundred unaccounted for.

It is now turn two.

The Texas Republic condemns the violence in Houstion, especially those terrorists who have attacked innocent dockworkers and bystanders in the port. A relief fund will be established immediately for the victims' families.

While we fully support the ideal of Texan reunification, such actions are not the best way forward for our nation, and are not, and should not be considered as an indicitment of the movement as a whole. We will continue to call for the Gulf Corporate Association to end its illegitimate occupation of Texan land.
