Want my suggestion roll out twenty so In a perfect world two for each PMC and then throughout the week thrown in some special event Contracts that only last a certain amount of time like let's say a hour and then the Jon is considered unavailable they could be very high reward but very hard to complete.

Yes but the thing is that generally speaking there are more jobs then PMCs able to take the job. Still limited some only need a single job to make the cut others need more undercutting normal full out sabotage is generally acceptable ect. Really the two per group number of contracts works since of you don't need any more there are other jobs out there but hwy you want more cash then undercut a person.I support keeping the number of missions limited, to increase competition.

The highest I'm considering going with the current player count is 15. That guarantees that everyone is almost guaranteed at least one, and those with good negotiating skill may get 2 or 3.
