[Exalted/SMT] Shard of a Broken Sun

Looks like Compassion 5 would motivate her to act without needlessly throwing herself into danger like Valor would, followed by Temperance so she doesn't do dumb things without a good reason. Conviction once Temperance is at 3 or so to stay the course.

Something bad wouldn't happen to be happening at the park tomorrow, would it? That's the only thing I spotted that might be a "This is going to end Badly" thing.

[X] Focus on understanding Amu's soul
- [X] Concerning Chara and motivation interactions, as things stand, our current Host has a highly unorthodox Soul Structure. Though fundamentally 'Human' enough to qualify for Exaltation, the "Chara" are capable of providing significant advantages in terms of abilities and aptitudes, which accelerate learning, and allow rapid changes in outlook. These are potentially advantageous in the long run, especially if they can be preserved and augmented with the Exaltation proper.

As we cannot count on assistance from other Exaltations, and our prognostication has determined that our Host's death is guaranteed within days without our intervention, we must work under the assumption that averting it is beyond mortal means. Thus, further study on this phenomenon would be prudent before the Exaltation becomes mandatory, as proper augmentation will dramatically increase flexibility in the short and long term alike, compensating for the lack of a proper Circle and support structure, and increasing the host's chances.

Shibuya is where Devil Survivor 2 begins, and is also Dubhe's initial target.

That says, Dubhe doesn't attack until Sunday, so something else high danger apparently happens then.

well, as long as you're close to any cellphones, all sort of bad thing will happen once DeSu begins anyway, what's with most people not being able to handle the demons they summon and die, leaving their cell an open portal to makai

should probably nudge Amu to download that deathtube app though

Means she doesn't have a Harmonizer, which means that even channelin Ran won't give her a chance at beating even a weak demon.
Oh, I wouldn't go that far. Check her essence rating again, and persona/demon interactions.

An Exalted Quest in hard mode SMT? Nifty. I've only ever played Persona 4 and up to half of Digital Devil Saga 2, but count me in.

Given that Digital Devil Saga was set inside a giant computer, I'm not sure we can draw any conclusions whatsoever from that one.

Considering Chara are more or less persona, assuming the Chara would be equivalent of Avatar Tuning in DDS

...

oh god, we're playing DDS in DeSu, this is going to be fucking glorious
Avatar Tuning isn't actually a Word, it's a subtitle added to avoid confusion with the actual Digital Devil Story franchise (Which lead to Megami Tensei).

That aside, the timing Does sort of suggest that we might wind up replacing or merging with Dia. Which actually isn't a bad thing? Because Dia was nine tenths plot device from what I could see anyway.

To be fair, she never really got much screen time where she wasn't brainwashed, and even that was minimal... on the other Pop Idol, so I kind of doubt there was much substance to her character anyway.
