I'll have you know that Ohio isn't actually as bad as it first appears to be! There is a number of abandoned factories and buildings that once belonged to a region that had a strong industry that faded over the years. It is also a place where the shadow elements of society aren't as dangerous as some place like Hong Kong while still providing decent cover to hide due to a fair degree of obscurity possible in the countryside even if not as good as Ruanda. There is also a noticeable poor population one can draw minions from if they are smart.

Actually, Ohio is more interesting than it appears... if we taken in non-MCU stuff. L-Like, this was were Electro was built. And, by Electro, I mean the eight feet tall, 1000+ pound robot that was built before WWII. There was Deviant Skrulls and the Bar With No Name.

... Really, if he was built in his quest, Electro is the only thing we can make any major use of in Ohio at the moment.

I think the Avengers were just hanging out or something when Ultron broke out. So amusing works.
