Even Further Beyond [Complete]

Wait, what? When did we leearn about this? I didn't think we even really knew what Logos was, beyond a big Diagram thing.
From here:
[ ] Go - Even Further Beyond - [10 Beyond Points] - The Divinities discarded the magi of the Diagram. More fool they, for the Logos of the Diagram holds power enough to sunder thrones, to shatter worlds, to cast down the gods themselves... In time, you will visit upon them the Fate that they inflicted upon so many. Vengeance. Terror. Shadow and flame.
It gives us the potential to actually kill the fates, ignoring their game.
Only if we neglect to do so for Reality Forming/Grand Solipsism as well.
EFB'ing all 3 is unlikely; How are we supposed to get 26 BP?

There is absolutely no way we can afford to go EFB on all 3 of them - not when we want to get some other things too.

No, the Heroine does not need to do ANYTHING for the Elves to fall. The Winter Labyranth is doing that by itself due to the Ming family.
The option itself states that the Elves are very unlikely to fall within the timeframe of the Tomb.

By grinding rapidly, obviously!

In all seriousness, we don't have to get EFB Dao, so we can save to that point and then make informed decision there. Saving for Dao is good excuse to actually start saving.

Although i wouldn't be against trying to get all three.

No, Nameless, smart and cunning as he can be, simply THINKS it won't happen. He is not 100% correct.

And then, due to knowing NOTHING about the Tomb, it could very well have a time dilation effect. Like, a month in there, is three months out here.

So this is a good start, we passed on the first powerup after hitchin' a ride on the crazy train. Anywho, vote time~

[X] Tomb of the Netherine
[X] Palimpsest of the Nameless One

I thiiink we already know about the Vault, so learning that later is easier? Inventing original spells is tough 'cause you have to research the whole thing, but liminal branch just poofs it into existence fully-formed. Saves on training time. Also I kinda like the idea of making Nameless One spells that some dude a thousand years from now'll burn the midnight oil researching. Forge, palimpsest, who knows what's next?

[X] Tomb of the Netherine
[X] Vault of the Ur-Pharaoh
-[X] Go Further Beyond

I hope that we can time our EFB'ing of the Vault to coincide with our perfecting of Reality Forming, but I don't know if we have enough time.

With the Tomb, our Minions will once again be useless...

We really should have taken the power up....But no, somehow buffing our minions is more important.

Can people at least explain their reasons for choosing to FB our spell immediately?
In my case, I mostly just want to see what the consequences of the evolution from Sign to Realm (besides being able to make effects that aren't related to our known spells) are as soon as possible.

I really don't like the vote to FB Flesh, but I don't want us to FB Vault either, because I think B.Vault is sufficient.

And, how is it going to be useful with the Tomb? Externalized bracers could have made this a really fucking awesome option.
Right now, I am worried about our chances.

I will be convinced of Suizhen's usefulness with the vault when I see it. Not before.

We've yet to see a bad EFB (so Vault going EFB is a valid thing to aim for) and apparently Priceless Treasures - which we will be churning out at Titan-Level like hot cakes - are worth anywhere between 0.5 BP to 10 BP. In terms of pure value, the FB Vault will pay for itself.

And that's worth not saving up for an EFB?
Since I'm voting to FB our Liminal Branch, it is saving for an EFB. Since I intend to vote to EFB Vault (once we can afford, assuming we don't have an older 7-point EFB to get out of the way first like Truth), every point spent on it is basically a point we're forced to save for its EFB.

Yeah, but Liminal Vault lets us get its EFB piecemeal, so we don't really need to 'save up' for it. Most other EFBs require instant investments of 10 BPs, so it only makes sense to retain some padding, no?

Why? If we're getting the EFB anyway, why sit around with more BP and a less effective spell, when we're going to be spending that BP on it anyway? It's not like it saves any BP.

Do we even need Beyond Vault?

This could well suffice for a monster vault:

Sec 1 (Boosted with artifact)
Acc 2 (It's just a training area)
Sign 5 (9) - Summon monsters
Hab 1 (We're a pseudolich)
Size 3 - Don't need a big arena

Very economical, we can continually kill monsters spawned by an artifact.

Because some EFBs turn out to be time-limited - we only get the chance to access them once, and if we miss it, they're as good as gone. Given that we're descending into a Secret Dungeon and have no pressing need of an FB Vault, why not prepare for such an eventuality?
