Mitsuba's pretty well scaled to the kind of character sheets I've seen on Exile Garenhuld (allowing for the fact that Poptart deleted them all so I can't go back and check properly). Subject to the constraint that she's competed in worldwide martial arts tournaments something like a dozen or more times, and come close to winning several times, but never actually won yet... I think she's calibrated about right. But if there's communication going on between you and the players about who's acquiring how much skill in what techniques, I don't know it.
Plus a bunch of people seem to be relying on Poptart for sheet upkeep anyway.
