You know, now that I think about it.
Bulma isn't really the best friend.
I mean there are all kinds of technological solutions she could have come up with to help increase her human friends power levels, even if they'd never reach the top tier as naturally as a Saiyan would! I mean weighted clothes eventually stopped working, but she could have eventually come up with greater and greater methods of making even heavier/more dense clothes to keep it!

I have noted that Bassoon can grow in size...
But I'd treat it as the proportional boost that Oozaru seems to be in @PoptartProdigy 's quest, where it seems like it's 150% as strong as the base form, but only 50% as fast. Or something like that.
So he'd have the power/durability of 1.5-2 million....but the speed of only 250,000-500,000.
Bassoon's at 1,000,000 (give or take a few hundred) and is now completely outclassed by the Saiyans. Ah well.

I'm not sure how well that jives with Goku making freeza cough up blood by hitting him in the appropriate spots. It's not like we see the internal organs when other characters we know have internal organs get dismembered. Remember Tenshinhan vs Nappa?

Damn this thread updates quickly when it wants to. I had to revise my post five times or so just to get it to match up even slightly.
It's a one-person corvette with orbital strike capabilities. Think Samus' gunship, but with actual room for living facilities (and maybe a guest) and a lot more guns. Furthermore, it's not actually in the timestream yet, since it would attract undue suspicion from the Tuffle authorities. In order for Vector to launch a strike, the ship has to be teleported in from Toki Toki City, get into a stable orbit, and only then can it drop a several ton tungsten rod on Vegal at 99% of the speed of light.
