You know, that gives me an idea. If the Time Patrol exists in DB:AtE, then logically if we had a mission that was going extremely poorly and Trunks had to show up, suddenly he'd have to deal with a ton of adoring Exile fans!

I'm going to speculate about Vector's sheet. Genon has said that she knows Freeza Style, but she should also know the Federation CQC style to some degree.

When you say that Cynthia can play comfortably in the intergalactic league, and Trunks "operates on truly intergalactic scales", what kind of scales are you talking about precisely? Groups? Clusters? Superclusters? Filaments? Observable Universe?

In this context, I mean groups -- for instance, the four cardinal galaxies of Dragon Ball canon. Cynthia can reliably influence those as a whole; she is an "intergalactic factor." Trunks is a SSJ3, one operating from the basis of a FPSSJ2, no less. Goku didn't have FPSSJ2 when he fought Majin Buu, and still was able to bounce him around like a toy in SSJ3. Majin Buu being the sort of monster that reliably dominated things on that level (an "intergalactic powerhouse"), that would make the vastly-more-powerful Trunks something quite beyond; a universal factor.

But Beerus is a thing. So Trunks, on the universal level, is a factor only.
