[DISCONTINUED] In the Beginning, There Was Man (WH40k x SC)

I wonder if we can do an omake that would allow us to have the effects of the link done after we finish this update. So we could technically not go into the negatives if we decide to do both recover the guy from the webway and rebirth.

Just so you all know, Jaghatai Khan and Corvus Corax are not mutually exclusive. Also the answer is maybe, depending on how you frame the omake.

[X] Rebirth
[X] Light
[X] Yes! (Primarch Jaghatai Khan)
[X] Yes (Corvus Corax)

Voting for life because Science!
Also since there are 2 yes and no votes you need to mark which Primarch

wait we have to pick one of the two why both can be badass in time and did we take their gene seed if not take them with us to re found their legions.
edit: wait we can have both yes
edit2: why does our science rating fall as that is knowledge in our mind not to do with our weak fleshy body in rebirth option
edit3: starting my vote
[X] Rebirth: Ynnead's power flows through your spirit and filters into your mortal coil. You feel your body mending, burning through the power that you have just collected. Though you must still be entombed in The Golden Throne for now, your body will be fully recovered in the future.
[X] Bulwark: You empower Ynnead with your aegis, allowing her to shield those who pray to her from the depredations of Chaos and other psychic predators, much like prayer to you does. Prayer also empowers her more than it would otherwise.
Assist Jaghatai in escaping from the Webway?
[X] Yes! (Primarch Jaghatai Khan recovered, Lose 4 Psyker Rating)

Take Corvus Corax with you?
[X] Yes
good reason for saving both means their legion will be able to have stable gene seed as we can get fresh DNA from them even if Corvus is crippled.
and bulwark as it means eldar are not defiantly going to be owned by slaneesh.
finally rebirth as it gives the chance for rebirth of emperor and we can regain our stats in this one

We have gene-seed from the Raven Guard but none from the White Scars from them being Eradicated. We could take them both but Corax wants to stay behind and fight to the death with his brothers.

Cause you're unable to do science effectively as your body and spirit are recovering from being reborn.
Yes and maybe even become more.

Precisely as I thought.

[X] Rebirth

is thus the sanest and most IMPORTANT choice to make. We will be able to exceed our previous limits in time and we lose NOTHING except some time spent recovering.

As for the Emperor's Gift to Ynnead… This will require thought. We will get back to you on that.

As for our Primarchs… Now I'm really sorry we didn't take the Dark Angels, poor Lion. If I'd known we could have gotten back Corax for free, I'd have taken them instead of the Raven Guard.

Corax wants to stay and Khan would be fine with both outcomes. I say we let the Primarchs go. Our next batch, raised up from the start by the Emperor with Ynnead as their Mother, will learn of their elder brothers' heroism and valour.

[X] No
[X] No

… Well, if Horus is revivable thanks to Ynnead… We might want to bring him along. The Favoured Son, betrayed by his followers and betrayer in turn, deserves his redemption. And who better to teach our new sons the mistakes of hubris and the temptations of Chaos than the one who suffered the most of them?

[X] Rebirth
mainly because we will be able to surpass our old limits given time
[X] Beacon
creation of a Webway in the new galaxy gives us a means to move our army around or escape if needed
[X] Yes to Khan
he will lead our armies to glory!
[X] Yes to Corvax
am not gonna turn down a free Primarch :p

If we knew there were alive, there most likely would have been dozens of Omakes freeing or getting the Loyalist Primarchs to the Exodus Fleet. Pity, i would have liked to bring the Khan along but on second though, we can make new Primarchs eventually and it is kind of costly trying to bring him along. Still, shame about the Khan

I'm not sure about trying to bring Horus even if we are able, probably personal feelings on my part but considering everything his done and caused is it worth it to try and would our people accept him ? They suffered too much because of him and what he did.

While that is true, wouldn't most of the Imperium atleast want to tear him apart? I mean it's called the Horus Heresy for a reason.

… If the Emperor says it goes, it goes.

Plus, we don't exactly have to re-introduce him as Horus. We can re-christen him however we want to reflect his status as a Penitent.

It's only IF we can bring him. The effort seems to be costing Ynnead quite a lot.

I think we should bring the Great Khan with us, he's awesome and should be rewarded as the only loyalist primarch to stay alive( Guilliman not included) and anything lost can later be regained psyker wise

I would have allowed you to recover the Lion instead of Corax if you guys took Dark Angel instead of Raven Guard.

Edit: Basically I was basing your choice of recoverable Primarchs on what gene-seeds your took/didn't take.
