[X] Plan Cthulhu 2.0

[X]5 to 15 Meters

[X] Eldritch Being
So since Endbringers are sources of fear and the eventual destruction of all resistance, we might as well look like and act as an outer-dimensional being of destruction. So lets go destroy an entity and their little friendbringers.:grin:

Well if the vote is back on...
[X]Temporal Control: Create areas of looping time
[X]Gravity: Manipulate local gravity, in an area or applied to objects
[X]Illusions: Manipulate the sensory input of anyone in sight to create illusions
[X]Sandbox: Wider-scale area control to warp your surroundings to your whims

[X] ~5 meters
[X] Mostly Humanoid with a witch-like theme

Edit: Seriously though, this is a great combination, gravity with sandbox means we might be able to lift entire cities (or at least, big chunks of them), temporal control means that we could leave a it in a time loop of free fall, and illusion with sandbox means that we can do that without anyone noticing. Or we could just move cities around, switch London with New York, or drop Las Vegas in the Arctic.

Think I like that combination better for the witch vote than power copying.

Though honestly, I don't know if the vote is in plans or not.

I don't suppose someone smarter than I am wants to try and parse this? I've got it pasted in a google doc and will attempt, but...

I'm tempted to dump the Human and Beast Unspecified votes into Butterfly in order to justify combining it with Witch, if only because it gives me some good synergy with the power selection.

Are there any objections? Did I do it right?

Butterfly Witch? Sounds good.

As for objections, I don't have any. You got the same results as Gamefreak did above you, so it's probably accurate, and even if it wasn't, you're the DM. If the DM wants to bend things to make a better story, they're perfectly free to do so. It's best to have some consistency so the players feel like they know what they're doing, but I've seen several instances where some of the best DMs arbitrarily pick a different outcome than what technically won because they don't feel enthused about writing the winner, and no-one cares as long as them doing so is the vast minority of votes outcomes in the Quest.

...Also, there are plenty of DMs who don't even give chargen at all, because they want to make sure the character is someone they can understand, so being a little off in how you interpret the chargen votes specifically is fine if it makes things easier for you.

Edit: voting for plan is broken. My vote only appears for the plan title but none of its parts...

New Arrivals
Stumbling right out of the gate is probably not a very good sign for my chances of… well, anything. I assume that I stumbled, anyway, because I felt a sudden surge of embarrassment and shame right before I became completely distracted with being suddenly blind. I want to say that everything went black, but as it turns out, that's still seeing. I've never encountered true nothing before, outside of the Neverending Story.

Which-- yeah, kind of appreciating the existential horror more now. I must remember to avoid forming any emotional attachment to horses.

My bid to distract myself away from facing the absolute lack of one of my primary senses is then quickly derailed by simply opening my eyes. A few thousand of them. In all directions. Which, okay, something entirely different to freak out about. That's good. I appreciate that. Not even being sarcastic, because this should help with the disassociation nicely. Humans don't have the mental processing capabilities to see in so many directions at once. Most of us can't even handle an IMAX without getting motion sick. The difference between my normal can't-handle-rollercoasters meatbrain and my new presumably fuck-you-physics crystalbrain gets further emphasized when my eyes suddenly take flight and start fluttering and bobbing everywhere.

Enough of them in the air and facing me lets me actually get a good look at myself and everything else around me, and even watch as my eyes continue to leave my surface and take to the air. Mystery solved: my body is/was coated in a layer of white, crystal butterflies with gem-toned eye spots, and it's through those that I'm able to see. I gather a number of them into a small swarm and face them all in the same direction to get a clearer look at what passes for my body. Looks like the witch theme I kept hearing mutters about won, because I'm a roughly human-shaped mass of a pearlescent white crystal with a pair of butterfly wings of my own, and as I watch I see more of my eye-minions forming on their surface, ready to shed off like the scales on the wings of actual, non-murderous butterflies. Neat.

I say roughly human-shaped because, from what I can tell, I'm more of a mannequin torso in a dress and a wide-brimmed, peaked hat. Arms yes, legs no, face no. The front of the dress is open and there's nothing underneath, and I can't quite put my finger on what it reminds me of until someone posts a picture of Mismagius, Pokemon #429 in the most up to date 'dex. I always wanted to raise one of those. I'm not sure if this counts as getting to, though the similarities are pretty obvious. I only know 4 moves, after all.

Speaking of, now that I actually think to describe my surroundings? It is loud out here. 'Here' being an empty field over an empty highway under an empty sky, which is in the grip of the biggest heat lightning storm I've ever seen. Storms are probably one of the best things about living in Iowa--not referring to me--because it's so flat out here you can see forever. Clouds that pile up into multicolored towers as they catch light from a far-off sunset, vast expanses of thunderheads so black it's like looking into the void, lightning that stretches horizon to horizon and thunder that makes the windows shake. It's fucking cool is what I'm trying to say, here.

And if I had a face I'd be grinning like mad, because all that lightning is mine.

A quick inventory lets me know what else is mine: looks like I have the butterflies as minions and mediums for my powers, both the storm-variety and anything copied from nearby parahumans. A quick metaphysical flex, and I start chaining electricity between lines of butterflies and moving them around in formation, bringing me one step closer to being a Diablo 3 champion mob. No illusions, which is a shame, because I'd kind of hoped to be able to call upon the power of Sir Bearington and blend in a bit. Looks like that's not an option. Power Nullification didn't quite make the cut either, but who knows? Maybe I'll run into Hatchet Face and ruin everyone's day forever.

And that leaves… Gravity Manipulation? Huh. I guess that's how I'm going to get around, because these wings sure as hell don't move. I sort of 'hook' my personal gravity to a random direction-- there's no landmarks out here and I get lost everywhere anyway-- and start falling in a horizontal direction, accelerating at somewhere around 9 m/s. Thus do I prove once and for all that Buzz Lightyear is my spirit animal. The storm seems to move with me, which I enjoy because it's pretty to look at, though it occurs to me that I might be attracting attention. Can… can I actually turn that off? I haven't tried.

Before I can try, almost a third of my butterflies suddenly turn a bright, saturated green-yellow and start zipping around like they're on the finest of cocaine. This is not appreciated at all, because now parts of my vision are moving way way faster than the rest of it. The slower minions let me catch sight of a person on the highway up ahead, who comes to a screeching stop far enough away I can't make out any real features. They quickly haul ass in the opposite direction, and the colors and Mover rating leech out of my afflicted butterflies as they get out of range. A local! From… wherever the hell I'm going! I hope they bring me a fruit basket as a welcoming gift, but it will probably be filled with death.

Several more minutes (I think? I've never been able to tell time, either) pass, and I get my lightning storms under control. They're pretty, but loud, and with them gone I can hear the sirens from whatever city is in my path. Sorry, didn't mean to cause a tornado scare! See, sun's coming out, it's cool. There's even a nice lens flare in that open patch of sky, how very anima--

And then lasers slam into my nonexistent face. All the lasers. Forever.

"Ow."

Guys, I don't think those were tornado sirens.

Now what?
[ ]Write-in.

[X] Hover above the direct centre of the city, destroying things with lightning and generally causing panic.
-[X] Kill a few parahumans and destroy property, but don't go too far - Job enough that they have hope of victory.
-[X] Whilst this occurs, form a cloud of condensed power above your head.
--[X] As time drags on, have the giant circular cloud expand, growing ever more powerful the larger it gets.
---[X] Once the cloud is large enough to annihilate the city, drop it on everyone's head.
----[X] Now that everyone vulnerable to your attack is dead, leave the ruined city and orbit the earth, at the height of most cloud cover.

Like so:

For once, lets be an evil Endbringer.
