Kinda hard to learn from something when you are, you know, dead.
 
Homura doesn't really have a "shoot first, ask later" mentality. The only things she's shooting just because are things she's learned to shoot, and I highly doubt Shizuka is on that list.

1: That doesn't apply to the heroes.
2: I don't think we have confirmation that Magical Girls can even see Stands. (Kyoko was rather Non-challant about an old man growing thorns out of his hand)
3: Even if they can, Achtung Baby is literally invisible. It is impossible to show off!

  1. Arguable; Dio was able to beat Joseph cuz he knew hermit purple could conduct ripple, iirc. At the very least, it still doesn't make sense to show off what your powers are for without a good reason.
  2. They can still see Shizuka, or rather, not see.
