Is Big Bibby G out and around? Is the Great Rift and Sanctus/Nihilus split a thing? Is creed in Trazyn ' s vault,? Are ynnari a thing?
3. Lastly, am i right to assume that as of right now all our specialists and Officers ex- salamsnders, and everyone else is from Armageddon?

No. N'varr was gifted a relic Iron Halo by Tu'Shan, but otherwise the characters merely retained their previous equipment before their transfer. Your Captains were Sergeants before, so they don't have Iron Halos.
Fall of Cadia and Warzone Fenris happened broadly as in canon, but instead of the Great Rift opening the Imperium was able to consolidate its forces and stalemate the 13th Black Crusade in Segmentum Obscurus.

Yes. All of your higher officers and specialists were transferred over from the Salamanders. Line brethren are fresh recruits drawn from Armageddon, including the Sergeants because you didn't pick the option for it so they were selected from the most promising of the new blood.
