Bleach: Derailed

Yeah, this seems like somebody is getting the Skull of Dubious Liquid used on them.

That sounds bad.
In that presentation, it sounds bad - but keep in mind that's just the one worst possibility, and consider the alternatives:
  • If, instead of using the SoDL on the picked person, Cirucci just provided it/a dose to them for later use, why - nevermind being able to hand that over to 12th division for brownie points, maybe Ichigo could learn how to use it as like, a spirit food sauce! Re-investing in the Sandwich snack coercion; that'd be a good thing, wouldn't it?
  • She could be offering a favor other than the SoDL, and that favor could be an actual favor, not a bullshit monkey's paw one - in which case that's pretty valuable, to have someone on her level willing to pitch in and help out. Even her being willing to give the designated person a one-off 'okay nevermind, we won't fight now' sort of favor seems valuable.
Some interpretations of what she means by favor could be dire, this is true; but the alternative is equally true, given our dearth of information, and we should keep that in mind when evaluating. I'm reasonably confident that whatever the nature of the favor, it won't be worse than actually springing into combat - I mean, if Cirucci could forcibly dose someone with her SoDL, then in the case of having an altercation with her we're fucked anyway, just based on how much of an advantage over the group she'd need to be able to reliably administer said forced dosing.

That will end with us hunted down like an animal by order of those assholes at the C46
As long as you don't go full hollow it's fine. The Vizards before Uraharas help were mindless beast's that made from some of their strongest members that had no hope of recovery. When you look at it like that killing them seems like the obvious option. Plus you can always blame Aizen and his Illusions for shit.

I'm hoping for:

More sandwiches-> choose ourselves for the favor (we aren't going to risk someone else!) -> ???? -> Hollow powers?

Not if no-one knows about it.

the problem with hollow powers is that they require a dangerous fight at the centre of the mind so the user doesn't slowly insane and during said fight he will go full berseking hollow.in short we can't hide it and the moment it is found out we become a kill on sight target

That's actually not a problem this it Aizens newest version of the juice probably the version used on him and Tosen so the fight won't be the problem the potential soul suicide will.

Aizen and Tousen hollowfications were achieved using the hogyoku, or so I rimember.
The stone only boost the chance off the outcome being one the user like's they would still need to undergo Hollowfication for it to work. Plus 100 years to make a more subtle version makes sense if everyone reacted like last time and theirs no Urahara around there gonna know somethings up.

You see, that'd be a danger, except we already had that fight. Multiple times.

Like, Zangetsu only pretends to not be our hollow because he got stuck with a different job. He's not going to get more powerful from hollowification, just get some of his more nifty tricks back.

:V

Plus now we're in a situation were being crazy hollow could get #15 killed an if theirs 1 thing he wants to avoid is causing Ichigos death.

Alrigh since Zangetsu is our spirit sword if we get hollowfied we get a shiny new inner hollow.
And now I want to see it happen just for the interactions between the two

I wonder if it's possible to welcome an existing Hollow-oriented spirit - like, say, an Arrancar - into one's Spirit World/Inner Soul/whatever-you-wanna-call it, as a sort of mutually agreed on Hollow infection/parasitism/symbiosis with a Shinigami. Face value it sounds like an absurd question, but what even is an Arrancar/Hollowfication of a Shinigami, if not (in both cases) the injection of Hollow-oriented spiritual energy into the Shinigami's Zanpakuto & soul? Sure the details are different, but it seems like the root of each dealio's the same. And souls are explicitly, demonstrably flexible and able to rise to meet that which is demanded of them, if they're pushed the 'right' way. Per all that it seems to at least be possible to do, regardless of the practical challenges and general difficulty in execution.

And per that... I wonder if we could bribe Sandwich into chillaxing in Ichigo's soul faffing about chatting with Zangetsu and eating Spiritual Food, so that we can deploy the true Power of Friendship (summoning allies that are maybe stronger than us to help us gang up on challenges) when in dire straits. Or any sapient Hollow, really. And before people cry 'due cause for death', let's not forget how (A) Soul Society did re-accept several of its Visored former members, and (B) There was that whole reference to the amoral, whatever-means-achieve-our-goals, band of killers style old Gotei 13. That, on top of how permissive the current Gotei 13 is about eccentricities, quirks and general 'soft' rule breaking from its VIP members (Mayuri and Kenpachi both should really not actually still be in their positions, in a more conventionally strict military unit). Between those three points, seems like there's canonical precedent for allowing highly atypical stuff both historically and currently, as well as reason to believe they're at least open to making new allowances in the modern day.

So while I'd still agree that yeah, Ichigo Hollowfying/getting a Hollow soul-roomie/etc. would be a big old red flag for the guy and there might even be a trial over it, barring Aizen intervention I feel like there's a good chance it'd all work out. A chance at getting the superweapon problems in Hueco Mundo that prevent Soul Society from having a stronger/more oppressive presence there, potentially allowing themselves to be placed in Shinigami souls? Sounds like a great way to take the, absent Fullbringer antagonist groups/Aizen's rebellion/Ywach leading the Quincy, biggest threat Soul Society has to account for, and blunt its fangs. That seems like the sort of thing Central 46'd be all about, IMO.

And if Aizen cocks it all up with Suigetsu and Ichigo's slated for execution? Then we roll with it and play it by ear - it certainly wouldn't be an unexciting direction for the plot to take, if the worst case happened. And, silver lining; souls grow and evolve their absolute fastest when put under incredible, life or death pressure pretty much exactly like this hypothetical scenario would offer.
