Bleach: Derailed

I can answer both of these, so don't bother.

Ichigo Never had Hollow powers, because he never went through the training to get them.

Ichigo doesn't have any Hollow in him since he never went through the training and had his soul thingy chain cut.

Unless the Author (of Bleach) changed things AGAIN, this should answer your questions.
Actually, Ichigo was born with hollow powers, he got them from his mother. The Shattered Shaft had very little (if anything) to do with him acquiring them.

Whether he lost them when he was Konso'd, on the other hand, is still debatable (though considering that Zangetsu isn't doing the whole "steal your body" shtick, I'm leaning towards gone).

Edit: :ninja:

From Zangetsu's words, in this quest he and old man had an agreement and plan on how they were going to approach Ichigo... which is hilarious because now Zangetsu has to handle things all on his own!

[X] Appease Zangetsu

Zangetsu is honestly the most urgent of these- not necessarily because Kenpachi could drop out of the sky at any second, but because the problem could just get worse if put off. Neither of the other options are urgent at all- Ichigo has four weeks to get to them, and both pretty clearly said to 'take your time'.

And I'm pretty sure that both would agree that getting along with your Zanpaktou is a good excuse for not showing up immediately.

....Ichigo didn't get the hollow powers from Urahara's hole of Horror's training, he had them since he was born due to White being passed on from his mother to him.

The Soul chain being cut just made them a lot more active, i was asking the question to see if dieing changed that in some way or if a serious enough fight could lead to Ichigo masking out in front of people as he gets a shounen power up.

Is Urahara planning on Involving Ichigo's sisters in his plans in the future?

Also seeing as someone asked me to reword it, Is Ichigo a Pure Shinigami or a Vizard? or a natural merging of Hollow + Shinigami?

Q&A 2
Were Ichigo's hollow powers cleansed during his passing on to Soul Society?
Yes, as Zangetsu implied when he realized that he couldn't threaten to take over Ichigo's body.

Which actions taken by Ichigo in this quest would make Gin's plan to assassinate Aizen successful?
Pass.

Which Division gets Ichigo to Karakura the fastest?
Fifth.

What impressions have we left on the various captains so far?
Pass.

Will Zaraki try to fight Ichigo before he graduates?
Pass.

Is Ichigo a pure Shinigami or does he still have Hollow reiatsu inside him?
Yes.

Assuming no major messups one way or another, about how long will it take us to see our sisters in person again?
Pass.

How are Ichigo''s friends dealing with his death?
About as well as teenagers can, honestly.

Would the Soul King's guardians interfere if we lead a revolution against Old Man Genocide and the Central 46 or would they figure that as long as things were getting done it wasn't their problem?
Pass.

What are you most looking forward to writing in this quest?
I don't have anything like a solid timeline ironed out, because of how much you can butterfly, but as a scene... a Wandenreich versus Barragan.

What is a brief overview of how Masaki and Isshin ended up falling in love and marrying?
Pass.

Does Ichigo still have Quincy powers? And if not, how will he use Getsuga Tenshou?
No, Ichigo does not have Quincy powers.

Is Urahara planning on Involving Ichigo's sisters in his plans in the future?
He wouldn't call them plans, per se.

Also seeing as someone asked me to reword it, Is Ichigo a Pure Shinigami or a Vizard? or a natural merging of Hollow + Shinigami?
Pass.

Wow Ichigo got hit hard by the Nerf bat 2/3rds of his soul got torn out.

Granted he still has a ton of power and a lot of extra time to train but still he's going to run into issues post SS arc with keeping up.

Nah, I don't think so. Unless we lost our stupidly large reiryoku reserves we're fine, just with less options. Ichigo was strong because of his spiritual reserves and thus how much pressure he could output. Sure, the fact that he was also part hollow and quincy helped, but that merely gave him more options rather than strength, I think. The mask for instance didn't really boost his power, it merely let him use more of the power locked up with his real zanpakuto.

Now that we only have one set of skills (shinigami) we can focus and actually train at being good with them and our zanpakuto. On which point

[x] Meet with Komamura

Komamura has one of the best relationships with his zanpakuto out of any character (so good that he can regenerate damage done to his sword even when in bankai, which is meant to be impossible). We should see what he says to us AND ask for advice with Zangetsu.

The key difference between these situations, however, is that Shinku (at least from what I recall; I'll admit, it's been a while since I read that quest) flipped her shit just because the players tried to do their job and focus on minimizing casualties/collateral damage instead of pursuing an already defeated/retreating enemy, while Zangetsu is pissed that Ichigo keeps trying to seal/shrink him.

One got (unreasonably) punished for trying to do her job to the best of her ability despite her own desires. The other got punished for refusing to meet Zangetsu halfway, yet still expecting full benefits.

I knew that. I just found it funny that despite the vastly different situations there were some very similar sentiments and arguments being thrown around. Much less intense though.

You guys are assuming we don't have any hollow powers, but that isn't what the question/answer says.

"Did our hollow powers get removed OR do we still have them?"

"Yes"

So all we know is that it's one or the other. Classic answering without answering. TPK did us a goof.
