  • [X] Plan Long March against Chaos
    -[X] Name: Johanna Holswing-Schliestein
-[X] You spent a time as champion of the Grand Theogonist, protecting him from harm and serving as his right arm on many a quest. You fought many foes, and deepened your faith in Sigmar. Your ties with the Cult of Sigmar run deep, and you have felt His power more than once. The blessed hammer you carry with you now is a reminder of that faithful service.
-[X] By luck, you happened upon a small army of elven soldiers hard-pressed by a convergence of beastmen tribes in the wilderness outside Wittgendorf. You were able to relieve their left flank, and in thanks they allowed you to join them on some form of pilgrimage between a number of menhirs. What followed were some of the strangest years of your life, travelling unseen through the Empire and only rarely announcing your presence to local lords, yet slaughtering its enemies at every turn of your Long March. Although the elves swore you to secrecy when they eventually returned home, they did so with smiles.
-[X] On a lone hunt, you came upon a village about to be attacked by a roving band of beastmen. Acting quickly, you sent a boy to call for the Reiksguard and gathered the rest of the townsfolk into the town hall. You held the beastmen off until the Reiksguard arrived several hours later. Since then, you've always felt an ill omen, like you're being watched from the North… (Stonewall Trait, Attention of Chaos)
-[X] Though you are the ideal image of a Lady of the Reikland, that is only because the Empire - rightly - believes that women who can hold a spearwall and murder norscans are sexy, unlike the ponces in Bretonnia. Still, while years of fighting abroad have made it difficult, you have kept up with courtly trends as a daughter of the Emperor should. Thanks to that, you managed to maintain a larger stable of contacts and blackmail than you otherwise would.
-[X] Like most imperial nobility, and as befits the daughter of the Emperor, you learned to ride from horseback. Unlike most imperial nobility, you learned to ride and fight from the back of a monstrous creature, too. For much of your history at war you have ridden from its back, and you will continue to ride and fight from the back of a monster going into the future, maybe even found a tradition in your Order. If you can afford it. (Demigryph)
[x] Plan: Friend to all the People except filthy ORKS
    -[X] Name: Johanna Holswing-Schliestein
-[X] You served with the Reiksguard for many years, fighting the enemies of man and serving as the sword of your father the Emperor. Though you left the order eventually, you are still on good terms with most of them. If you called, you have no doubt that many of those knights would join you on the battlefield again. And you still have your full plate, forged by dwarven hands.

-[X] You rode alongside the Reiksguard against Waaagh Brainskuppa, and fought on the very forefront of the charge. But you penetrated too deep, and the greenskins surrounded you. It took you half a day to cut your way back to the camp, with no help but the few knights that survived with you. Now the greenskin tribes consider your name holy; where you go, greenskins will follow. (Tidebreaker Trait, Attracts Orcs)
-[X] In your youth, you were taught to fight by a variety of champions hailing from faraway lands; Estalian fencing masters, Kislevite hunters, and even a Norscan champion or two to wrestle with until you were almost as brawny as them! Your tutelage brimmed with exotic perspectives, and there are few in the Empire with as broad an education as yours.
-[X] The bards sing your name far and wide, and wherever you go, doors will be open if you would just ask. You can raise armies by simply providing the option, you get free drinks in every tavern in the Empire and more than a few beyond, and now that you are founding an order of Knights… Well, recruitment will never be an issue.

[X] You served Witch Hunter von Rosstorm for a time as his sword in the hunt against the daemon, the witch, and the heretic. You have battled cults, destroyed heretical faiths, and cleansed entire villages with little more than a sword and pistol. You were offered a Witch Hunter's remit at the end, but ultimately turned it down. All the same, you still have contacts there...

[X] You were born a strong girl, this is true, but you were born differently as well. Your father and mother weren't clear on whether it happened at birth or not long after, but you were touched by one of the Gods. Since then you have been able to channel their power, though not always reliably, and their mark shows clearly upon your flesh. (Write-in the God; any of the Old World Pantheon or the Gods of Law, no dorfs, elfs or chaos)

[X] Plan: Lets Hunt Some Orcs
    -[X] Name: Johanna Holswing-Schliestein
    -[X] Background
--[X] You lead an army in support of King Thuringar Orc-Hewer in his wars to reclaim the Grey Mountains from the greenskins, spending exhausting years leading foot and horse and cannon across the mountains against unending orc hordes. More than one budding Waaagh that would have threatened Übersreik below was destroyed by human and dwarven hands in those years, and the dwarfs of Karak Azgaraz found much gold and silver in the lands you helped claim - though they complain it's not much.
--[X] By luck, you happened upon a small army of elven soldiers hard-pressed by a convergence of beastmen tribes in the wilderness outside Wittgendorf. You were able to relieve their left flank, and in thanks they allowed you to join them on some form of pilgrimage between a number of menhirs. If you can afford it. (Hippogryph)
    [X] Plan: A Mammoth Challenge
-[X] You wandered alone as a knight errant, righting wrongs on your own and going on grand adventures. You have travelled the breadth of the Old World, from Kislev to Tilea, and fought a great deal, making many friends - and enemies - in the process. You've even picked up an exotic trinket or two, and a few tricks with a sword.
-[X] You rode alongside the Reiksguard against Waaagh Brainskuppa, and fought on the very forefront of the charge. But you penetrated too deep, and the greenskins surrounded you. [X] Plan Mysterious Kung Fu Skullcrusher
Although the elves swore you to secrecy when they eventually returned home, they did so with smiles.
-[X] You fought a Marquis Blanchet de Gaucourt of Bretonnia - apparently a capable general and warrior - in an honour duel on the fields of Axe Bite Pass, beneath the eyes of two assembled armies. With one stroke you broke the neck of his steed, with the next you shattered his knee, and with the third you split his skull with the pommel of your blade as he lay supine on the ground. To this day, the Bretonnians think you a dishonourable cur, bloody hypocrites. (Duellist Trait, Conflict with Bretonnia)
-[X] Your father saw your potential, and when a rare opportunity came his way he took it. You received an education in something truly exotic, the likes which the Old World rarely sees. And you learned much of their culture as well, as the way people fight and live are often intertwined.
--[X] Your twelfth birthday was marked by the arrival of one of the great Treasure Ships of Cathay, making port in Altdorf as part of its long trading journey around the world. Eager to sieze the opportunity, your father convinced, at great expense, one of the Celestial Dragon Monks to enter his service for a time before travelling the Old World. The Grand Theogenist was livid, but despite the monk's hulking stature, tough scales and clawed hands, the Colleges of Magic pronounced him untainted by Chaos, and he was allowed to remain. Although Karlchen was a poor student of foreign arts, the monk, whose name translated to Unfurling Iron Lotus, began to teach you many mysteries, like how to meditate upon a spinning leaf and harmonise the rhythms of your body with the turnings of the world. Then he learned what sort of girl you were, and abandoned those lessons in order to teach you much more important things: the fitness regimes and meditations necessary to make your body like unto a steel edifice, sufficient to shatter a stone block with your naked fist.
-[X] Your brother the Emperor tried to dissuade you from this course of action at first, but you weren't going to be swayed by the one whose workload you were trying to reduce. Now that he's accepted that he can't convince you, however, Karlchen has promised something that will help you and your Order greatly, when you most need it. He won't say what it is, though. Asshole. (Mystery Box Option)
    [x] Plan Saltzpyre's Frenemy
    - [x] Name: Johanna Holswing-Schliestein
    - [x] You served Witch Hunter von Rosstorm for a time as his sword in the hunt against the daemon, the witch, and the heretic. You have battled cults, destroyed heretical faiths, and cleansed entire villages with little more than a sword and pistol. You were offered a Witch Hunter's remit at the end, but ultimately turned it down. All the same, you still have contacts there...
    - [x] You wandered the Empire, seeking fame and fortune as an adventurer like the stories of old. You have battled monsters, ghosts and marauding warbands, and your exploits and those of your various companions are sung in alehouses the length and breadth of the Empire. You even acquired one or two treasures with a little magic to them, things that saved your life on several occasions.
    - [x] On a lone hunt, you came upon a village about to be attacked by a roving band of beastmen.
    - [x] You did someone of great influence, wealth, and power a great service during your travels, and they have been extremely grateful. As thanks, they granted you a great Boon, which can take many forms; a blood oath to lend aid when asked, the creation of a powerful enchanted item, or even the permanent addition of an exotic aide to your retinue are only some of the Boons you may have earned. (Sienna Fuegonasus, the Bright Wizard)
    - [x] Like most imperial nobility, and as befits the daughter of the Emperor, you learned to ride from horseback. Unlike most imperial nobility, you learned to ride and fight from the back of a monstrous creature, too. For much of your history at war you have ridden from its back, and you will continue to ride and fight from the back of a monster going into the future, maybe even found a tradition in your Order. If you can afford it.
[x]Plan: Perks of Being the Emperor's Family
[X] Plan Curved Swords And Wicked Rhymes
-[X] You served with the Reiksguard for many years, fighting the enemies of man and serving as the sword of your father the Emperor. Though you left the order eventually, you are still on good terms with most of them. If you called, you have no doubt that many of those knights would join you on the battlefield again. --[X] One of the most vivid memories of your childhood - and one of the inspirations for your adventurous days - was the arrival of one Anwar al-Sabet, a traveling sha'ir - the knight-poet from the distant and mysterious Araby, master of horse, lance and zajal. On his quest to see the world his One created in its fullness, he rode from his deserts to the employee of Sheiks, then to Estalia, and now to Altdorf, memorizing local tales and stories. Enamored as you were by his tales and his wit, father decided to hire him as your teacher, bodyguard and source of amusement. Although your Arabic is not great and you are unlikely to ever rhyme a priest into a year of penance, your have your way with words, lance and saber, as well as a knowledge of those distant lands not many in Empire have.
[X] Plan Judgement of the Dead
    -[X][NAME] The Black Templars
-[X][FAITH] Templar Order: Faith brings adherents and the attentions of their patron, but politics boondoggles everything.

    --[X] Morr

-[X][MARTIAL] Siegbert Reiner is an old travelling companion of yours, the sole other survivor of your time with the elves. You're surprised he's put his name forwards, he swore he'd had enough battle to last a lifetime, but you suppose the old dog changed his mind. A beastmaster of some ability, he would be invaluable in breaking and training the Order's horses - and other creatures, if they were acquired in the future.

-[X][STEWARDSHIP] Besen von Verlässlich, or Brom as you called him, is a childhood friend of yours. You remember him as he was, weedy and noodly, but he had heart. So you kept him around, showed him the ropes, dragged him along for walks, and hammered him into good iron. Before long he grew up, bulked out, and became someone worth talking to. Last you heard he had become a part of the Imperial Estate, an aide to the Imperial Steward! And now he's applying to serve you. That's… actually kind of sweet of him.

-[X][DIPLOMACY] Luise Liebjungfer once served Duchess Alda von Preissner loyally as a Lady-in-Waiting, but tragically the Duchess died not too long ago, reportedly slain by beastmen while visiting her vineyards. With the death of her lady, Luise has been looking for another to serve. Reputed to be one of Reikland's finest ladies-in-waiting, Luise would be a great boon to the comforts of your household and the efficiency of your staff, and apparently her massages are incredible. Well. The job has to come with some perks, right?
-[X][PIETY] A Warrior-Priest has offered to join your Order to help tend to the men and watch over the faith of your Order. You're pretty sure they're plants by the various cults in the Empire, but having a Warrior-Priest stationed permanently in your Order would be tremendous for morale, especially in a Religious Order.
-[X][BRETONNIA] The new Marquis, a fully ordained Knight of the Realm, has taken up the Kingdom's vendetta and seeks to challenge you to single combat, with the caveat that if you lose, you will become his wife. That's… slightly concerning. You have no intention of getting married to a Bretonnian, you know what they do to women there. Your future there is death in a wineyard, not death on the battlefield. And you don't like wine that much.
-[X][DESTRUCTION] As a teenage girl, you once had a daydream or two about being kidnapped by a vampire and finding eternal love in undeath - because monsters or not the story of Vlad von Carstein and Isabella von Carstein is pretty fucking romantic - but the thing about teenage fantasies is how awful they tend to be in practice. Which is not great for you, because you seem to have a vampiric admirer. More than once he's slaughtered a pack of beastmen and greenskins to raise an army to fight you, just so he can see you again. It's… actually fairly thoughtful of him to clear out the Empire's enemies while still giving you something to crush, but this is still creepy. Eurgh.
    [X] Plan Sigmar
[X][FAITH] Templar Order: Faith brings adherents and the attentions of their patron, but politics boondoggles everything.
    -[X] Sigmar

[X][BRETONNIA] Especially now that you have a Grail Knight coming after you. Apparently the Lady of the Lake took a personal interest in you defeating their Lord and has sent one of her personal demigod champions to beat you. At least you can trust that you won't die in the process. Maybe if you make a good enough impression they won't put you on a spit and roast you.
[X][DESTRUCTION] When Gork and Mork were handing out luck, Boss Ribkrumpa got the short end of the stick. He's been skulking around Reikland since before you were born, launching irritating raids but never amassing the successes necessary to accumulate a proper Waaaagh!, only holding onto his position through his innate might as as a Black Orc and a certain low cunning - you tried like many before you to crush him for good, but even the Reiksguard wasn't enough to keep him from slipping away. Now he's finally sick of being dismissed as an annoyance, and has set his sights on making his name as the Skullcrusha-crusha. He's experienced, an uncommonly skilled tactician for a greenskin, and rapidly growing in power in anticipation of facing you.
[X][NAME] The Order of Knights Warden
[X] Plan Imrix (work in progress, do not include this bracketed section if voting for this plan, it will be deleted later)
-[X][FAITH] Templar Order: Faith brings adherents and the attentions of their patron, but politics boondoggles everything.
    --[X] Myrmidia
--[X][MARTIAL] Your old sparring mate, Dragg Limbripper, has heard that new Orders are being founded and come to seek his knighthood yet again. While an ogre squire would be a first, there's no actual rule against it, and Dragg's a good fellow. A bit dim, but he means well! Besides, he's a phenomenal wrestler, and it'd be good to have a training partner who can actually push you - and just think what he could make of your knights!... If he doesn't break them.
--[X][STEWARDSHIP] Sontrulvus is an elven merchant, immigrated here from Ulthuan several hundred years ago and now a naturalised citizen of the Empire. Adept at both diplomacy and business in a way you could never comprehend, he is almost the ideal retainer. However, although his court manners are impeccable, elves are not well-liked by the common folk of the Empire, and neither for that matter are merchants, so taking him on will raise a few eyebrows. At least he respects you somewhat, thanks to your service in the Long March. (Special, may be selected as either a Stewardship or Diplomacy option, and can act in both capacities, but costs 50 Prestige)
-[X][DIPLOMACY] Luise Liebjungfer once served Duchess Alda von Preissner loyally as a Lady-in-Waiting, but tragically the Duchess died not too long ago, reportedly slain by beastmen while visiting her vineyards. --[X][PIETY] You've met Sunnhilde Kantorowicz before, at the center of an outbreak of Nurglites near Kemperbad. By all accounts she is a normal priestess of Shallya, if a little stiff, preaching peace and treating the wounded… until she saw the infected dead rise, went mad with outrage, and began beating them to death with whatever was nearby. By the time your Reiksguard arrived she was still beating them to second death with an iron bar. A Shallyan Priestess would be an invaluable comfort to your subordinates, and you actually wouldn't mind having the little firecracker around… But being that high-strung probably doesn't bode well for her future in a Knightly Order...

-[X][FAITH] Templar Order: Faith brings adherents and the attentions of their patron, but politics boondoggles everything.
    --[X] Myrmidia

-[X][PIETY] A Priest has offered to join your Order to help tend to the men and watch over the faith of your Order. You're pretty sure they're plants by the various cults in the Empire, but having a Priest stationed permanently in your Order would be tremendous for morale, especially in a Religious Order. (Write-in: By Default, will match the religion of a Templar Order)
Eurgh.

-[X][STEWARDSHIP] Sontrulvus is an elven merchant, immigrated here from Ulthuan several hundred years ago and now a naturalised citizen of the Empire. Adept at both diplomacy and business in a way you could never comprehend, he would be the ideal retainer if not for his awful attitude. Although his court manners are impeccable, elves are not well-liked by the common folk of the Empire, and neither for that matter are merchants, so taking him on will raise a few eyebrows. At least he respects you somewhat, thanks to your service in the Long March. (Special, may be selected as either a Stewardship or Diplomacy option, and can act in both capacities, but costs 50 Prestige)

    [X] Name: Johanna Holswing-Schliestein
[X] By luck, you happened upon a small army of elven soldiers hard-pressed by a convergence of beastmen tribes in the wilderness outside Wittgendorf.
[x] You commissioned the creation of a mercenary company under your command, and set out as a soldier of fortune. Although you always tried to keep the Empire's interests foremost in your mind, sometimes patriotism had to play second fiddle to making payroll as you fought your way across the Empire and beyond under a dizzying array of banners. Your company earned its name in the history books, and is still out there somewhere, as your peers now love to remind you.
[X] You fought a Marquis Blanchet de Gaucourt of Bretonnia - apparently a capable general and warrior - in an honour duel on the fields of Axe Bite Pass, beneath the eyes of two assembled armies.
[x]Your father saw your potential, and when a rare opportunity came his way he took it. You received an education in something truly exotic, the likes which the Old World rarely sees. And you learned much of their culture as well, as the way people fight and live are often intertwined.
    -[x]Swordmasters of Hoeth
[x] Like most imperial nobility, and as befits the daughter of the Emperor, you learned to ride from horseback. Unlike most imperial nobility, you learned to ride and fight from the back of a monstrous creature, too. For much of your history at war you have ridden from its back, and you will continue to ride and fight from the back of a monster going into the future, maybe even found a tradition in your Order. If you can afford it.
    -[x]Gryphon
    [X] Plan: A Mammoth Challenge
-[X] You wandered alone as a knight errant, righting wrongs on your own and going on grand adventures. You have travelled the breadth of the Old World, from Kislev to Tilea, and fought a great deal, making many friends - and enemies - in the process. You've even picked up an exotic trinket or two, and a few tricks with a sword.
(A Mammoth)
[X][PIETY] A Priest has offered to join your Order to help tend to the men and watch over the faith of your Order. You're pretty sure they're plants by the various cults in the Empire, but having a Priest stationed permanently in your Order would be tremendous for morale, especially in a Religious Order.
[X][PIETY] You've met Sunnhilde Kantorowicz before, at the center of an outbreak of Nurglites near Kemperbad.
[X][PIETY] You received an offer from a Templar of a Religious Order to join your service out of respect for your prowess, deeming it pleasing to their patron. Whether or not you choose to remain secular or dedicate yourself to a god, another veteran of a Knightly Order can only be helpful. Write In: a strategically minded and well-traveled Knight of the Blazing Sun
[X][FAITH] Secular Order: Divorced from the politics of religion and free to operate, but they forsake the blessings of their patron.
[X][FAITH] Templar Order: Faith brings adherents and the attentions of their patron, but politics boondoggles everything.
    -[X] Myrmidia
[X][MARTIAL] Your own squire, Reinhard Edelstein, appears to have put his name forward! He served you during your time in the Reiksguard, and you struck up a good rapport with him as friend and teacher. When you left, he had already become a fully ordained knight of the Reiksguard. Another veteran of the Reiksguard would be worth his weight in gold.
[X][MARTIAL] Your old sparring mate, Dragg Limbripper, has heard that new Orders are being founded and come to seek his knighthood yet again.
[X][STEWARDSHIP] A Journeyman of the Gold Order, Otwin Schwerin seeks employment as part of his education to become a Magister - apparently serving the Emperor's sister looks good on the records. He's too thin, spends all his time in an expensive laboratory, and apparently his magic is on the weedy side, but he's apparently an enchanter as well as an alchemist, so you're willing to overlook how he smells funny and how his nose is always in a book, as long as he can make your sword magic.
[X][BRETONNIA] A Knight Errant has declared a vendetta on you, vowing to defeat you to avenge the slight to his father's name… oh, great, the Marquis' stupid son wants to avenge him. He's even a Knight Errant, so either he'll hound you to the end of your days or you do duel him and someone dies. Note to self, find a Jade Wizard. Hopefully he wises up soon.
[X][DESTRUCTION] Johann Mayer is a former Imperial general turned arch-heretic, a monster with a silver tongue and a rotten heart. He was also once a trusted friend of your mother, your godfather, and the man you were named after. You must burn away this stain on your family's honour, but he's proven irritatingly elusive. You've foiled his schemes three or four times now, long before he can become an actual threat, but he always seems to escape - the gifts of his new patrons have made him an inspiring orator and a fearsome foe despite his advanced age, and he's a famously skilled commander. Even with a rabble of mutants, brigands, deserters and peasants he's a serious threat. If he ever had time to knock them into something like a proper army...

Eurgh.
[X][FAITH] Secular Order: Divorced from the politics of religion and free to operate, but they forsake the blessings of their patron.

You're pretty sure they're plants by the various cults in the Empire, but having a Priest stationed permanently in your Order would be tremendous for morale, especially in a Religious Order.
[X][MARTIAL] Siegbert Reiner is an old travelling companion of yours, the sole other survivor of your time with the elves. You're surprised he's put his name forwards, he swore he'd had enough battle to last a lifetime, but you suppose the old dog changed his mind. A beastmaster of some ability, he would be invaluable in breaking and training the Order's horses - and other creatures, if they were acquired in the future.

--[X][BRETONNIA] The new Marquis, a fully ordained Knight of the Realm, has taken up the Kingdom's vendetta and seeks to challenge you to single combat, with the caveat that if you lose, you will become his wife. That's… slightly concerning. You have no intention of getting married to a Bretonnian, you know what they do to women there. Your future there is death in a wineyard, not death on the battlefield. And you don't like wine that much.
--[X][DESTRUCTION] As a teenage girl, you once had a daydream or two about being kidnapped by a vampire and finding eternal love in undeath - because monsters or not the story of Vlad von Carstein and Isabella von Carstein is pretty fucking romantic - but the thing about teenage fantasies is how awful they tend to be in practice.

Now he's finally sick of being dismissed as an annoyance, and has set his sights on making his name as the Skullcrusha-crusha. He's experienced, an uncommonly skilled tactician for a greenskin, and rapidly growing in power in anticipation of facing you.

He's too thin, spends all his time in an expensive laboratory, and apparently his magic is on the weedy side, but he's apparently an enchanter as well as an alchemist, so you're willing to overlook how he smells funny and how his nose is always in a book, as long as he can make your sword magic.

Eurgh.

Eurgh.
    -[X][NAME] The Order of Johanna
[X][MARTIAL] Your own squire, Reinhard Edelstein, appears to have put his name forward! He served you during your time in the Reiksguard, and you struck up a good rapport with him as friend and teacher. When you left, he had already become a fully ordained knight of the Reiksguard. Another veteran of the Reiksguard would be worth his weight in gold.
[X][PIETY] You've met Sunnhilde Kantorowicz before, at the center of an outbreak of Nurglites near Kemperbad.

[X][FAITH] Secular Order: Divorced from the politics of religion and free to operate, but they forsake the blessings of their patron.
[X][Name] Knights of the Blazing Hammer
[X][PIETY] A Priest has offered to join your Order to help tend to the men and watch over the faith of your Order. You're pretty sure they're plants by the various cults in the Empire, but having a Priest stationed permanently in your Order would be tremendous for morale, especially in a Religious Order.
[X][FAITH] Templar Order: Faith brings adherents and the attentions of their patron, but politics boondoggles everything.
    -[X] Sigmar
    [X] Plan Sigmar
[X] Plan I'll have my Demigryphs
-[X][FAITH] Templar Order: Faith brings adherents and the attentions of their patron, but politics boondoggles everything.

He would rather Johanna be a general or champion, because he's worried for her and slightly-concerned about what she'll do with several hundred knights under her command.
Worried as in "By Sigmar, she could die!", or "By Sigmar, she's going to be causing so many diplomatic incidents!"? :V
Gotta admit, Knights of the Iron Arm does fit Johanna. The girl is swole.
I wanted to try names that would represent strength, while if possible include hints to our capabilities when it comes to travelling through the woods, without sounding silly. Knights of the Muscle Mountain just doesn't really inspire respect.

Expanded my plan to add Order of the Iron Arm as a name, and provisionally selected Secular for Faith. I expect to fluctuate on this point between Myrmidia and Morrite, depending on how discussion goes - In particular, I think MobiusZero is working on a pitch for Myrmidia? The plan is now feature-complete, but as ever, I remain mercenary.

Myrmidian temples have nekkid statues of a hot goddess.

I rest my case. :V

Morrites never get enough love, and there is entirety of Sylvania to grind into dust so it's not like we won't have enough targets.

OTOH I am not sure how okay would Swordo be with writing only undead as enemies.

@bookwyrm ,@Lord Hater ,@Derek58 ,@Chief18753 ,@Arbit ,@maplejvl
If we combine our voting power we can almost beat Imnix's voting block.
So I'm asking if you please would support my plan.
Okay look, I have in the past mass-tagged people to try to swing a vote, so I can hardly look down on you for this, but the thing is when I did it I looked into the people I was tagging and made personalised arguments to try and convince them that the plan I was asking them to switch to gave them what they wanted. You seem to be just imploring people to flock to your banner apparently because you have some kind of hateboner for voting blocs - why I don't understand, since you are currently asking people to act as your voting bloc.

So, I am a little bewildered what you have against voting blocs, but as a word of advice, take a look at the votes of the people you're tagging and try to see what your vote shares with what they seem to want.

Tempting...

@Derek58 I know you put forward your own plan, so I appreciate you switching now. I'll keep it in mind for the future if you have something you have your heart set on.

On a similar note, @Chief18753 the plan you voted for has been sadly orphaned by its creator. Can I convince you to make the switch? I am open to compromise on all points except Dragg, Luis and Sunnhilde.
I mean, he already mentioned Undead Orks and Beastmen
Yeah, but do they act any different from regular undead? Maybe yes, maybe no. @Swordomatic, thoughts on the possibility of a Waaaagh! Bone 'Eads?

Myrmidian's don't get enough love either! They also have nekkid statues!

But more seriously, the pros and cons of a templar order, specifically a Myrmidian one will primarily lie in how it influences the protagonist.

Assuming the prota takes their faith seriously, then her growth will likely lie in growing away from the blood knight 'hurp derp kill kill kill' to more of a thinking man's knight. And as a commander of men, a grand-master of a knightly order, that's great!

She can't just charge around on a battlefield without a care in the world anymore, she has greater responsibility as a commander to direct battles and to the soldier's who's lives she holds in her commander. She has the duty to bring them home alive which isn't all about personal martial prowess. Myrmidia is an officer's goddess and like it or not, that's what she is now.

As the saying goes "Sigmar and Ulfric take you to war, but Myrmidia brings you home."

So yeah, there's my pitch @Imrix.

Have at it.

[X] Plan: The Order of Knights Warden

Has most of what I like and I like the idea of a,
Grail Knight pushing us to be better and to rise above the peak of humanity. Also if we tie the duel I somehow imagine us being best friends.

"Your a demigod monster slayer also, why didn't the lady tell me?"
"Nah I just meditate on flower petals while also slapping knights 30 feet through the air."

Also no to having an ogre advisor he was stated to be a wrestling companion for Johanna, our knights don't need that. And he would be the worst co-commander ever. You could never delegate any tasks to him which means you spend turns doing Marshall actions instead of self improvement; you want to make an attack which is up to the judgement of your commander? Gl the doesnt have that type of tactical ability.

If a winning team throws in Myrmiddia I'm down to swap, the naked goddess thing convinced me.

Personally I'm rather set against Morrites for an entirely meta reason, that being that "Let us cleanse Sylvania" is something that seems to come up in literally every fantasy quest that goes anywhere near the area. I want to see something that focuses on a different part of the setting for now.

Myrmidia I am neutral on. She's not a traditional Goddess of the Empire, so that'll cause political problems by its very nature with, oh, basically everyone? But on the upside she is a pretty cool goddess in her own right.

And yet what prevents all those slain from coming back as the Undead? As the Living, our men are a finite resource, we will collapse from fatigue, from pain, from blood loss. The Undead only collapses when its corpse is either destroyed, or when what animates it has died. Tactics have limits against a horde that never tires, and is more than capable of serving as a literal meat shield. The Arch-Nemesis we have is a Necromancer of the Midnight Aristocracy. Without the blessings of the Morr, whatever we kill can be reanimated, forcing us into a battle of attrition unless we can break through to the Vampire himself. This Vampire has displayed to be able to take on Ork and Beastmen warbands, unless we bear the proper consecrated weapons, he might just rip through whatever we throw at him. The Midnight Aristocracy isn't something that is defeated by common tactics and strategies, it is broken by either a Coup de Grace, or through the Blessings of Morr. And as I've stated before, this Vampire can defeat warbands, and he is likely not an idiot, so he'll keep an elite force in reserve just in case.
We could even have a worse case scenario: fighting Wraiths. Against the Ethereal, nothing but Blessed Weapons shall work, and Morr's blessings specifically allow you to place boundaries that exorcise the dead. Thinking that tactics and strategy can solve your problems when faced with enemies that can manipulate the bodies of the dead is a bad assumption, and we might very well find ourselves surrounded should a unit we had thought defeated rises behind us and prevents us from using one of the knights' primary strength: their mobility.

Mm, my concern, as I said before, is that Myrmidia doesn't really seem to, well, fit Johanna "I came out to crush skulls and I'm feeling fantastic right now" Holswig-Schliestein. I'm open to her growing away from that to being more of a thinking knight - I like my strategist's on the hill, thank you! But why would Johanna start that process?

Consider why Morr appeals to me: I know Johanna isn't a good fit for worship of Morr, but I am amused by the idea of her dedicating the Order to Morr in a fit of annoyance at her vampiric stalker. So, sell me on why Johanna as she is now would dedicate it to Myrmidia instead.

As stated before by the QM, they aren't advisors, they're support staff. Note that Siegbert Reiner is the most popular second choice, and you can't really delegate a command to him either. The guy's a grunt with a knack for animals - that's a useful skillset, but it doesn't make him a commander. Which is good, because he doesn't have to be, any more than Dragg needs to be more than a training master who can crack heads with the best of 'em. Despite the CK2-inspired mechanics, this is not a management quest.
Given that Orks are foolball fans/metalheads, they damn well should be able to go for Bloodstock WAAGH.
Pardon, I meant the idea of undead greenskins still acting like orcs enough to echo a Waaaagh!

She sounds more like an Ulrican or Sigmarite.

edit: With Ulric being more fitting for her temperament.

Ah, fair. My bad.

I am also curious about Manann-themed purely because I wonder how that would even work. It would also probably focus on a different part of setting alright, if we indeed will go poke ocean.

@Swordomatic , would you mind elaborating on how a possible Manann-themed Order would work? Would "dedication to Oceans" mean we are now Knights Templar of High Seas, sailing far and wide to deck druchii (and others) in the schnoz?
