Recipes? Sure. But the cooking skill should logically be part of the crafting skill. How many actions can we take? The Boxing Manual should just create a boxing skill and the cook book would just give us a cooking skill and some recipes right?
I'd much rather chunky salsa than soupy restaurant style salsa.Uh. Nobody is going to say anything about that "Chunky Salsa" option?
It goes well with Corn Crisps and a bit of cheese?Uh. Nobody is going to say anything about that "Chunky Salsa" option?
Chunky Salsa is probably a slang for gore. When someone's head explodes, it's turned into "chunky salsa."[X] Equip "Flame-Eater"
[X] You can create skills, and you've got something in mind from the books you just read...
-->[X] Super fighting skills. You've got a boxing manual somewhere, you think...
D&D might help, but if Chunky Salsa is on (which we may want to change at some point, but I dunno about right now) we want to pick up something. Also, again, it'll get us in good with Vernon and Petunia, which we want in case weird things happen without Harry around. Which is not unlikely.
How does this matter? If we had a skill book, we wouldn't be actually reading it, we'd just devour it.[X] Equip "Flame-Eater"
[X] You've done a couple quests now, but you're still not quite sure how they work...
-->[X] The Sci-fi didn't really answer your last question perfectly... What about that D&D manual?
Incidentally, I don't see Dudley as learning to cook. Appreciating food, able to savor and identify and all that... but I don't want him picking up cooking any time soon.
Besides, cooking is for Mommy. Eating is for us - its the natural order of things.
Moving away from Dudley for a moment, I rather hope the quest doesn't go crazy with the "learn skills from books". Dudley isn't a book person, and I don't see that changing in the foreseeable future.
