Yeah, not really feeling Vista. She lacks and real driving motivation, simply wanting to be acknowledged. While that sort of character can turn out well (Waver) there are plenty of characters more likely to go further for the Grail. And I still believe we should actively pick masters based on that criteria.
Still, it seems like she will win regardless, and in that case I want to suggest Mordred as a servant. Both seek acknowledgement, and Mordred is twisted enough that she may end up leading Vista down a darker path. Even if that does not occur, the interactions between them could still be pretty interesting.
Also Mordred and Jekyll is the closest I come to shipping something, so that is a plus.

If it's a mentor-type character, then Scathath and Chiron immediately jump to mind, but the circumstances regarding Scathath are dubious.
For other non-mentor servants, i see similarities between Vista and Mordred, with feeling a little rebelious, and wanting to be taken seriously.
I also believe that Andersen might be good for her. But that might be my own bias.

We already have a Waver, and I think giving her a servant would actually decrease her chances of survival, rather than help. She's already going to be on the front lines, either helping Armsmaster or stopping villains. This just makes her a target.

I'm not feeling the need to make Vista a master here. I want to save this slot for later. Has Bakuda bombed the university yet? I'd be interested in seeing a Bakuda who focuses on winning the Holy Grail War instead of bombing a uni and surviving Lung's ownership. Especially if pre-ABB Master Bakuda got into a fight with Lung, dragging the Triumvirate and Cauldron into it along with the american coastline.

The grail doesn't know about Bakuda and seems to need to make people masters in a face to face meeting instead of at range like normal. Likely due to the fact it's stuck in the flesh body of a dead girl.
...I hope our body doesn't start rotting.

Honestly, since she's going to be a master I just remembered the perfect servant for her.
Achilles.
Not only are their wishes the same, but Achilles's entire thing was wanting to be the master of his fate. So much that his noble phantasms reflect that. He would also be a good mentor, if a bit of a cocky smug prick at times.

Problem is that only a divine attribute servant can harm him. Or one with a noble phantasm that hits really, really hard.

I've seen late vote swings work before, especially if people can be convinced to change their votes. If there were three options, I'd worry about vote splitting and pulling from the runner up for a third option that'd never work. With two, there's no reason not to vote, even if you can't win.

Okay, I just finished a session of D&D (where the party almost got wiped because all but one of them fell in love with the very attractive Nymph they were fighting) and I'm going to go get food right now. Going to start writing in probably an hour. It looks like Vista has been made into a Master (I honestly expected this vote to be much closer...)
