Actually, that goes against her wish completely. She doesn't want to be a subordinate to someone who will only think of her as a child. She wants to prove herself a capable adult and everything else. Being forced to basically sit and twiddle her thumbs while her servant helps out armsmaster along side his servant because they don't want her out in the fireline is exactly what she would dislike and grow to hate.
After all, she won't be able to prove herself if she's in Armsmasters shadow and subordinate to him. You know what would help prove herself just as capable as the adults? Winning the holy grail world and accidentally unleashing all the worlds evils.

I'd say it would depend on what Ruler is summoned. I'd imagine Jeanne D'Arc protecting "Taylor" while also trying to stealthily work against Angra Mainyu at the same time, creating this weird situation where the saint becomes a spy...or maybe she gets found out and turned into Jeanne Alter. Who knows

Speaking of that, what are the chances that one or more of the Servants find out about Angra, team up to try and destroy the Grail, and 2/3 of it just says "nope" and something along the lines of "This isn't even my final form!" Jeane doesn't have an alter. "Jeanne alter" is just a crystallization of old summon tentacle monsters in small children as a way to earn the heart of his precious maiden wish as Jean actually doesn't have enough evil to become altered or something(fate grand order is strange sometimes). So we could create a Jean Alter right now full sail. Or will have to create one if Jeane is caught spying in that scenario.
That means there will be two Jeannes...I'm okay with this idea.

i suggest Chloe von Einzbern as Vistas servant. both kids and Kuro has that delightful ruthlessness in battle. or maybe Jackie the Ripper. that would have synergy in Vistas shaker power and The Mist (or maybe redundant?)

The problem here is Armsmaster, as the leader of the local protectorate he is basicaly the person to who she wants to prove herself, added to that is his practical nature making it unlikely that he will actualy bench her, there are simple to many reason to bring her, and if she is fighting besides him the rest is story. So while it could work that way it is probaby won't whitout someone actively pushing it.

The system is all fucked up after the transition from the old world to this one. The Holy Grail and Angra Mainyu are stuck inside this human girl, the system isn't providing any information, etc. Less an issue of not being able to power the process and more an issue of the process itself being a bit broken.

It would create tension, but I'd doubt they'd actually fight unless one of the servants really eggs them on. Vista lacks an actual definitive wish for that sort of outcome. She may want to prove herself, but she's still a hero. It would still be interesting, to be fair.
For other potential masters, I've been thinking one of the Travelers. Noelle could summon Medusa or Gorgan. Or even Perseus for irony. Or perhaps one of them other than her or Trickster becomes the master. They have a choice to use their potential wish to either save Noelle or return home. With no guarantees that they can accomplish both. There are all sorts of possibilities.
