Bad Guy Quest(SG-1/Batman Crossover)

I wouldn't mind running another Ice and Fire quest, since its my favorite book series. However running a new setting sounds interesting. Either way be assured that I'd do my level best to make this quest very different from the other two.

I like him since he is not overpowered and could fit in either low or high tech setting. In a low tech setting the main thing would be see the technology would naturally spread under the guise of being a god and hopes of developing the infrastructure to eventually begin recreating his advanced technology even without naquadah in the next few decades. In a high tech setting he would have to content with groups/races already possessing a strong power base and it would be interesting to see what he makes of certain technology that exists in other 'Verses.

This guy is evil from his very cradle! *Dramatic exaggeration maybe*
He fucks with everybody, even Heroic Spirits. A troll of epic proportions!
He was seduced to the Dark Side by the First Hero!
He's so badass he loses his own heart and fights on.

...Tbh, we must decide what our goal with this quest is.
If it's just 'insert new villain into setting, watch as he takes over the world', or if we want the funnies. Or both. Or maybe something else.

Frankly, he'd be awesome anywhere there's an Evil God, so I could just as easily imagine him in WoT or something. Yet the power of the Dark Side calls to me.
But he'd be unfamiliar with his surroundings here, so we have a chance watch him fumble, and there's his ultimate counterpart, HK-47.
They must meet.

I believe Ba'al is leading by one vote.
Besides if things get hard for Ba'al he can always switch hosts to one of these characters in dc/asoiaf.
