All of the options start out at the beginning of their continuity. (IE movie one/episode 1/issue 1)Just for clarity, how exactly would you characterize the different choices? I imagine Nolan-verse is more realistic and grim, while Burton Gotham is campy and fantastic. But I'm not quite sure how New 52 Gotham differs from Animated Series Gotham.

[ ] New 52 Gotham- Fits into the rebooted comic book verse
[ ] Batman the Animated Series Gotham- Fits into the DCAU
Actually, this was rather my question. I'm mildly familiar with Animated Series/DCAU Gotham, but I have no idea how the New 52 Gotham compares. In what ways does it differ from the prior comic version, at least insofar as is relevant to this Quest setting?
Not an expert on New 52 or the older comic lore, but from what I can tell, the New 52 is more cohesive and less powerful than the pre-reboot comics. Still the new comics are more powerful than the DCAU, and there is a bit more zany stuff going on. It'll affect just what caliber of a challenge you guys face, and the kind of shenanigans you can get up to.Actually, this was rather my question.
