Reasoning:
Adoption: Heinrich seems to be pretty convinced that his family survived. I'm going to trust that he has a reason to believe that.
Pharmaceuticals: While we already have some Radio skill, I personally see more potential in the medical industry right now, and our Power means that we'll get the same result from a success at training this as we would from training Radio.
Look for Family: If Heinrich is going to turn down Oster's offer because he believes his family is out there, then I believe we should make finding them our top priority (or at least not far).

Or he may just have a lot of wistful thinking. Reminds me of those movies when someone loved one is clearly sick and dying but they refuse to acknowledge it until the very end. Heinrich is 8 and is not psychic.

no, technology is not enough at that time
to create a profitable version of a cell phone so I would be mad close to a phone .... it may also be that our meanings of each one are different, where I am cell phone,thelephone and smartphone can be used as synonyms, with the only difference of which are used for different models over time.

People are often confused about cell phone and mobile phone. For a trivial reason, the very fact that a telephone is mobile does not mean that this system is parallel to a conventional telephone system. That in the USA with radiotelephones in the trunk of a car, that in the USSR in Ukraine there were examples of mobile non-cell phones.
And actually, while we have a developed telephone network, there is nothing difficult to make a radio version of such a telephone and a receiver. But it will still be a wired telephone and women system that connects you to the right person.

I love the old 1930's, 40's pulp fiction. the Sci fi, the mystery... all that fun stuff.
That's the stuff we will be seeing.
Battles of good and evil.
Hope for the future, despite how dark and terrible the world is.
And above all else, a man who will never fall to the darkness within him.
Heinrich may struggle, he may fall. He may fail. But he will never, ever become evil.

Well...
There will be a Nuremberg Trial.
And there will be Nazi and Hydra War Criminals that will stand trial.
But the German Government is trying to protect many... certain individuals whom they deem important to the State.
Most notably, Albert Speer, Erwin Rommel, Several GEnerals from the Eastern Front who committed War Crimes during the invasion of the Soviet Union.
So this trial may look more like Victor's justice, rather then the Nuremberg Trial that we know.
