Let's not turn this into a pissing match, you don't get to decide what the superior vote is. I do :p

Regardless, Glad to see you're still hanging around, I had almost thought you left me. And no one ever leaves me.

We did in the first and second posts. It didn't make anything better.

Well, that's when it was assumed you were being held hostage in a foreign base of operations. I have to admit, the first few posts weren't as autonomous as the rest of this is, it did actually change based on your vote, and not in the obvious ways. I find it funny that in your response to the question that determined what kind of mentor you would have, you chose to joke about a situation that really wasn't joke worthy. That inappropriate response changed the story from "breaking out with your cliche stoic mentor" to "Having a mentor even more socially inappropriate than you"

fortunately for me, because writing for "Crazy" comes naturally, if it wasn't directly obvious.

Aside from that and maybe the first few posts, everything has already been set in place prior. Now let's try to proceed and get that mission done, yeah? You know that thing that William traveled to New York in the first place for, yeah?

Lick his cheek....
But in all seriousness, MC sucks at lying so a fake name, especially an obviously fake one, would get him killed... or hurt. It's easy to lie when you leave bits of truth in it, so:
[X] Liam
- [X] When the conversation allows, ask where they are and why Alex brought him there.

An interesting to take this in.

But it seems that Alexander dropped William to James but James seems very disappointed in us doing as he wills when we gave in the pressure. There's a possibility that James might know our MC's true name.

A possibility, yes. But there's also a possibility that you were dropped by Alexander with nothing more than a "Teach him"

The reason I chose Liam as his "fake" name is because it can be used as a nickname for William, so if James does know William's real name, he can just say he prefers to be called Liam or something.... a lot of people introduce themselves with their nicknames rather than real names....
And now that I think about it I probably should have specified that. Oh well.

Well, now that you've said that, I guess that would do, too...

[X] Liam
- [X] When the conversation allows, ask where they are and why Alex brought him there.

-[X] If he says that Liam isn't your real name, tell him that it is a nickname.

[X] Unreliable, but may sometimes be necessary.

[X] It all depends on the situation. Sometimes fear can be used, sometimes you can trick them, sometimes you might pretend to be an ally, it all varies. But, I think one thing that almost always remains constant, is that you want them off balance.

[X] Force the location of the item or person out of them, or let them lead you to it, or possibly hack their phone or something and steal the info, or maybe something else. It all depends on the situation, and how you must adapt to it.

[X] Perfect Anonymity

[X]Depends on how severe the problem is and how resistant the person is
If it's "minor" like illegal drugs or smugglers and the person has been through interrogation before, he won't crack easily. Easier to find the items/information themselves.

It isn't how to torture someone, or how easy it is, it is how we feel about it.

I think it work both ways? We feel it depends on the situation.
But i think I should still edit it a bit. Good point

[X] Adaptability

Gonna have to go with Ness on this one for the first three.
For the last one, I'd say having the proper intelligence going into a situation is good, but hiding our presence or identity might not always be possible. In those cases, I think adaptability is going to help us in the end.
