Since when does EOA know that Autocthon's death is ultimate-game-over? Last we checked, IC we only knew that Autocthon was dying. Can we use this information in our recruitment speeches now?
No one, not even Autobot, knows that it's the Game Over for Everything if Taylor fails. However, Taylor is from a reality where the existence of the multiverse is common knowledge; the term 'world' and 'universe' are more interchangeable in Earth-Bet. As a result, this was meant to be more of an over-dramatic 'save the world' thing, but I've since changed that line to make things more ambiguous for the Soul vote and thus rendered this whole matter moot.

I appreciate you helping us out here, given our complaints about Clarity!Taylor.
There are three side-perks to meditating on your exaltation, and this was the one that came up on the random roll first. The two you have left are similarly nifty/amusing, I feel.

Eternal Oppression Autocrat
This gave me an idea for a plot much later down the line. Good work.
Yes, you should be worried.

First time she's using her armor in Philly?
It was mentioned in 6.1, but Uriel had Taylor put her armor through Tinkertech Approval and PR Approval. Tinkertech took the week, but PR just looked at the request and laughed while insta-approving it.

And I see that Uriel's embargo on IEU is having deleterious effects on her Social; given her BB performance and the fact that she'd been here a week, she should have the names and faces of all PRT personnel in PRT HQ NE memorized by now.
This is more a testament to the rotation of PRT guards through the various bases, actually.

-Noting the non-standard turrets at the helipad.
Bezalel's work I presume. Uriel seems to be appropriately paranoid.
I approve.

- First look at Marrow's mutations.
Damn but that's fucked up.
If you want a mental image for her normal face, it's somewhat like Death
here,
here, and
here. She's a hit at birthday parties!
uju32 said:
Might wanna make her a simple Tinkertech device to help with speech when she's sealed in her armor.
I laugh, because I am reminded of DotA2 players that are muted, but still spam emotes like, "Good Game!" or "Top Missing!"

- Bladedancer is a hardass.
And smart; I note that she intentionally has Vista at three blades to keep the older Wards exerting themselves.
And while Taylor is at two, she handicapped her instead.
By weighing Taylor down and confining her to a small circle, it became more of test/exercise for pure Dodging, rather than Dexterity+Dodging. Also, yes, Bladedancer was going harder on Taylor than the other BB Wards.

Noted that Geode is at seven blades; she really is a savant of war.
-Transfusion confirmed both to be a regenerator, and to have mental health issues.
While Bladedancer is equipped for the physical training, she is less so to be a mental health therapist.
And Marrow's physical issues don't give her the latitude.
Which explains why both Xylophone and Transfusion's issues remain unaddressed.
It says something about the Piggot/MM/Armsmaster management team that while the BB Wards were not as fit physically, they were emotionally more stable than the Philly Wards are looking.
In Worm, there is a close correlation to degree of mental handicap/instability and the strength of one's powers. Worth thinking about.

-Wow, Taylor: Seven hundred thousand cockroaches?
For a training sim?
At 1g each, that's 700 kilograms of cockroaches.
No wonder noone wants to fight you!
"I can only use cockroaches tomorrow? That should give me enough time to prepare."

I understand the surprise in Uriel's eyes; I wonder why the disappointment though.
He was hoping you'd shoot yourself in the foot and do as you have been doing for a while now: keep your secrets to yourself.

400 mile radius of immediate disruption?
That's a third of the eastern seaboard.
Butterfly effects are a bitch, but he maaay be making it seem worse than it really was.

We need to make the twins new uniforms, by the way.
PR is in charge of that, and they'll be getting new ones soon (as will Aisha).
uju32 said:
-Aww, Bladedancer wanted to come.
Maybe next time.
She'll be our chaperone for the Anima trip.
uju32 said:
-The twins power sounds awfully similar to the descriptions of Elsewhere we've gotten.
Elsewhere is a blank void. I think you may be mis-remembering our visions of Autochthon's world-body from a 'see the whole planet' distance.
uju32 said:
I wonder what they look like under Essence Sight.
Completely mundane/blank, just like everything else in this multiverse.
uju32 said:
I do hope they're getting therapy; that plane looks very bleak.
All the BB Wards are getting therapy, mandated by the Philadelphia Youth Guard.
uju32 said:
-Noted that Taylor's aura makes even experienced S-class combatants like Chevalier and Marrow uncomfortable, as evidenced by the fact that they moved further away.
The billowing smoke clouds of your anima rain liquid soulsteel flakes at the highest level. They (wisely) wanted none of that.

-Old Familiar Feeling - Glen Campbell.
Mind Body and Soul-Joss Stone album.
Max Payne 3 for the first, but I suppose that in itself was a reference to the Glen Campbell. Just listened to the song, not bad. Got the second one, though.
