Maybe we can make it rain during our matches and stealth-fully manipulate the water to our advantage? A moment of sluggish movement on our opponents could grant us victory, or a hard hit from a raindrop might distract them enough for a cheap KO.

So guys, is anyone else wonder what a 250 will look like here for the coming fight with our daughter? As with a skill that high we might just end up manhandling her for this first fight.

Since we might just be able to completely out muscle her here with magic with a 250.

Jack_Trade said:
While as you said we'll probably manhandle her in the magic half of the fight, she's probably a better physical fighter than us.
True, but I'm pretty sure if we let her get her hands on us we will be screwed there. Since we have no way to challenge here in that area, so hopefully we can keep out of her grasp on that front and just keep this a mage/range game.

Jack_Trade said:
keeping her at range depend on were we're fight since the farm is out or the question, it'll be somewhere remote which mean the battlefield could be anything form a forest open country side or a a small hilly area.
Possible, but we could have this entire fight take place in our underground dojo too here.

Jack_Trade said:
So something at least the size of a warehouse?

It's bigger than I feared which is good fighting someone in an enclosed space who his better at melee than you sucks.:(
Still it is also a area we will have complete control over, get boosted in and can change at will in. So while it might be a enclosed area, it's also a area we can mold into whatever we want it to be here.

So guys, might I offer a idea for those voting for Trickery here?

Why not wait until after we can request a scroll of Evasion training from our new backers here? As that way we can get better results in our training here and need to spend less time over all with it. An therefore use that extra time to get stronger in other fields too.

Oh fine.

*totally not switching votes because of suddenly remembering that Week of Strife means we have to fight our daughter*

[Magic: Elemental: 170+ 35 = 200 (Skill capped!]

175: Truth be told there is little concerning Elemental Magics that you are not able to comprehend. You find yourself relying on the obscure talk of your daughter more and more, rather than the intuition that you have been utilizing for most of the process. You slowly come to realize that you have left behind mortal means of magic, and that you truly are walking into the divine itself. Instead of directly manipulating objects and strengthening yourself, you find yourself discussing the nature of the elements at your beckoning, working upon them with eyes of insight rather than intent to kill. You begin to intermix the base elements into one another continuously, shifting one form into another and stopping at certain points in transformation.

180: Steam, ice, snow and hail come to you with frightening ease given your earlier insight. The hail that falls from the sky, no longer needing to be melted down for your use. Much to your surprise, you forge ice from flame with nary the slightest bit of effort. Fuel, everything is fuel rather than what they truly are. Everything is comprised of elements in one shape or form and all that matters is the conversion of one to another by the most efficient means possible. Your ability to shift one element to another has reached the absolute pinnacle of its possible extent, you can create extreme heat and extreme cold.

185: Mediating on your discoveries, you are brought to shock unlike any other. How were you unable to control the base materials in your own flesh? They were just analogues, or a far more different form, than that of what was truly in nature. Of course, the answer is simple and comes to mind, but you fully comprehend it more than you ever have before. The animus, the barrier that prevents such things from occurring unto a living being, is truly the something else entirely. It is the will behind the cords of emulsion and fibers, it is both the shield and what it protects. You comprehend the limitations of your power, and realize that the animus barrier that prevents you from controlling the elements of all beings, is truly… the soul, that which had been once said, only gods could see, you've known of for nearly months…

190: Flesh without the animus or soul surrounding it, easily turns into the dust that you can craft from your surroundings. The length of time for such power to be gone, however, is different. A dead crow becomes available to your ministrations mere hours after death, but checking on the bodies of your felled foes and those you buried weeks ago, they still have pieces of themselves left behind. Testing out a theory, you find that burning bodies or cutting them apart, releases the soul faster than simply letting a body rot and decay slowly. You begin to work towards how to breach the animus that guards the elements of all living things from your ministrations.

195: You make a breakthrough in manipulating the animus. Utilizing the 'force' that you use to manipulate elements in massive quantities, you find yourself able to overcome the animus. Surrounding your hands or weapons with a thick amount of the force, inflicting wounds upon your opponent will cause their animus over the place to be destroyed. However you find that the animus stretches to accommodate such things, and is directly congruent with the strength of the person's soul. Breaching the soul is easy against lesser beings, but it is different for every other being in the world. You begin to imbue your attacks with the 'force' you've been using to utilize the elements, your weapons do damage to animus to a limited extent and once broken you can utilize the body as fuel.

200: Completely destroying the animus, you find, is unnecessary. Simply creating a small hole that you can access with your power, for the merest of moments would allow you to access certain parts of the enemies body as fuel. Though your current understanding of the body is limited, you are sure you can use this new extent of the skill to great efficiency if you study such things more. You also understand that if you study ways to manipulate perception of others, you will also be able to keep your skill hidden. You do not need to completely destroy the animus of a person to affect them with your powers, inflicting more than two strikes to the same place will generally allow you to access their bodies as fuel for your machinations.

Well fuck, Zhang just became a whole lot scarier here didn't he guys?

As fuck, now not even the soul is safe from our grasp here.

Zhang: Hold still while I study your animus!

Right, the tournament just got a whole lot easier.
And unlimited resources? Do we even need the farm at this point? We can create whatever we want from matter now, right?

Yeah, with a decent amount of Trickery, taking someone down is just a matter of striking them in the same place twice and having them explode.

Plus, if we raise our skill in surgery and flesh here, we could have complete understand and control of life too by the should of it. Hell, we might even able to learn how to make souls too.

Gods, we are going to end up a freaking god here in another mouth or 2 here aren't we?

So Zhang is basically a fully awakened avatar then with energy bending.

A lot of people are going to die in horrible ways aren't they....
