Ability: Swift Swim (Huge increase to speed when in water or rain.)
Traits:
- Huge potential (Can grow up to EX+ rank. Special training is easier.)
- Shiny (More popularity in public battles. MUCH more popularity in contest. Really valuable.)

Will the gym leaders be canon gym leaders or will we be spicing it up with some good ol OCs (my personal preference honestly. As while some are cool others are....yeah..)
How will turns and in general the plot go? How do you plan to keep it fresh, so to speak. Feel free to ignore this if it leads to spoilers , but I feel as its q valid question considering that our future career will be in a suedo teaching position where our job is to test but also to lose. And even if it's a good loss it can be demoralizing in too much doses.
Will we be following "stations of canon" ? Honestly would love maybe new plots or different takes on the criminal organizations and issues behind the scenes besides "we are a crazy cult that wants to cause massive amount of bad stuff cus EVULL"
Will we be choosing our first pokemon? Or pokemon in general at the start or will we have to train them up etc.
Thanks for the answers, yeah I asked about the gym leaders becuase frankly.... people have favorites. Obviously some personalities and canon characters appeal to people more then others and while they may like the region and pokemon , the gym leader there whose typing they want may not be the one they particularly care for.
And I'm kind of hoping the bias doesnt influence the starting votes too much , cus that would be boring
