Calling the Vote soon, can you guys get your final votes in and help me figure out who won in a few minutes?

Alright, here's some propaganda for Modern Era:
  • Make characters with backstories centering on the grief from losing people in the Crisis.
  • Do some Alien/Human diplomacy.
  • Get to reexperience the 2000s, but cooler.
  • And get to define what being a hero means to yourself, whether that be dark and edgy or heroic and cool.
If you like all that, choose Modern Era!

For Crisis Tera
-Any Alignment, Humans United as One! Be whoever you want to be!
-Forbidden Human/Alien Romances
-Spacefaring Adventures
-In a War a lot more is on the table, and intrigue is aplenty.
-We're going to make the Aliens pay for a Wall!

or choose crisis terra for an alien conquer big bad Saints Row style.

choose crisis terra for a capes and crooks team up to take down the existential threat plot.

choose crisis for cooler bases and possibly space fighter ship assault or infiltration scenes.

I'm mostly against the crisis since I don't know if I'll be able to do my own non-alien involved adventures, I came here for comic book shenanigans, not a sci-fi war story

Technically a High Strength Planetary Sheild and a lot of weapons.
And Invader Zim first aired 2001, I wanna see what changes they made considering what happened last Era
THat is a fun one...

We're reliving the 2000s, baby!

Now if you excuse me, I've got some OCs I want to try out in this Quest that I've gotta finalize…

Benefits to invasion era

  • Uniqueness, There a good amount of super hero quest but aliens change the situation a lot while still preserving a lot of the tropes.
  • Freedom, The structures of society are much weaker and the powers that be are willing to allow a lot for help against the aliens
  • Connectivity, rather than having 100 storylines spread out among the world all of the actions and victories tie together to the larger narrative of resistance.
Edit: Didn't write fast enough. To the modern era we go.

Ah, nuts, just barely missed out on the vote.

Was totally going to vote for the absolute earliest time period, too.

[-] The Golden Age of Superheroes (1930-1950): It is the Dawn of what is to be known as a golden age, as common people, heroics and masked vigilantes prowl the cities and states as the birth cries of the Ideal was born in this trying time.
-[-] The Brand New Day (1930)
