Oscar, realizing he is the ruler of his very own country, renames the Soviet Union to Oscartown, and develops a bigger cult of personality than Hitler or Mao, and had many monuments made for him after winning WW2, being in the Allies. One of his more memorable moments was when he defeated an Antimatter Space Buzzard with the help of Nikola Tesla by using his electric powers to make an antimatter disruptor. After his death, Lenny comes to take his place. He currently has a shark family, and will leave Oscartown to one of his sons.

The Joestar family of Mexican socialite find an Aztec mask that brings the wearer immortality, starting a feud with Dio Brando which continues to this day. The Joestar family is currently under the aid of the B.P.R.D.
