So while he might be rather forgetful about most capes does your character know any of the more obscure capes simply because they stuck out in his mind for one reason or the other? For instance while i barely remember most of the capes from the story apart from most of the main cast the amusingly named 'Genoscythe the Eye Raper' stuck in my mind due to his rather unique name on top of having an interesting ability after i read about it in the forums, WOG from Wildbow was that he could turn people into items/objects that gave abilities to the user/wielder although he mostly stuck to just turning people into weapons to fight with.

While Schrodinger might not know that one it would be interesting to see if he remembered some of the more minor/obscure capes and what he could do with their abilities.

Heck does he even need to know what their power was in order to copy it? would simply remembering their name be enough? in which case you might have more options for powers he could use.

Holy shit that is a heavy ass vehicle, its heavier then a full grown male sperm whale. How is the ground not fucked? Tinker tech wheels and suspension?
A tandem tipper is 22.5 tone , A dog trailer about the same.
A road train about 90 tone and that just 2 trailers and I have seen up to 5 trailers in the Kimberlies

Glad to see this one back. :)

And Taylor to the rescue. I could kiss you, you wonderful girl.

I don't think she'd mind that very much.

I raised an eyebrow. "Whale, it was a bit of a pain in the bass, but I'm shore you enjoyed yourshellf-" I waggled my hand a bit."-ish, just make sure you re-fin-ber the porpoise of this little voyage."

Taylor stared at me blankly.

I stared at her back.

"You two are fuckin nerds."

We both stared at Skidmark.

I couldn't help it, I laughed. Taylor joined a moment later.

Those puns... I almost feel bad for Skidmark... Almost :p

Yeah sure, but that is by now pretty darn "almost everyone does it" and has very little flexibility without some very serious writing. It's hard to do it in a novel way and even harder to do it in a way that isn't kliché.
Yeah, that's true. I guess, alternatively, the Bakuda-arc could be skipped altogether and be replaced with something else. Butterfly effect and all with Schrodinger.

50 ton is nothing. Sure, if the ground is soft and squishy, that CAN be a problem, but you build vehicles to specs exactly to allow them to handle whatever terrain they're expected to need to handle. And this isn't terrain, it's paved roads, and considering some transports i've seen, 50t doesn't even register as a problem at all. Large generators especially can weigh hundreds of tons, and they're still not among the more troublesome objects(at least they're high density).

... Fashion industry.

This fashion industry?

When your idea of fashion is raiding Lady Gaga's prop department, your idea of beauty is a bit skewed.
No, not even remotely close. Emma's a catalog model. Less Houte couture more...

In any objective comparison between a person with no ties to fashion, and one with ties to it, I'm going to trust the informed person more.

Actually, Genoscythe was made up by the fans as an idea of an appropriately horrific enemy to fit the setting. WoG about Genoscythe only occurs twice. The first is when Psycho Gecko proclaimed that Genoscythe survived the fight at the end and Wildbow replied "He bit it. Word of God." The second time is when someone brought it up on reddit and Wildbow said Genoscythe wasn't canon. When one user linked back to Genoscythe's death being WoG, Wildbow clarified that Genoscythe definitely died but otherwise never existed.
It's OK though. He will always live on in our hearts.

Well, that was a wonderful read! I'm looking forwards to more, if you happen to continue. It's a bit of an OP fic, but it's a fun one, so I can't be bothered to complain about it.

Both Panacea and Leet are Scion capes, admittedly the former is a second trigger and the latter has a Shard with the most active 'personality' where it actively tries to kill him.
Nope. The only reason his shard is capable of trying to kill him is because he is an Eden trigger.

I thought the only two natural Eden triggers were Leet and Contessa. How did Panacea get in there (especially if Marquis didn't)?
Note that all of the following only applies for capes who triggered before Gold Morning.

Any natural trigger who mutates and isn't a Changer (such as Alabaster) is an Eden trigger. Any cape whose shard is dead (such as Leet, Vikare, and every Cauldron cape) is an Eden cape. Anyone who sees a vision of the flesh garden Eden turned into (like we know from WoG Panacea did) is an Eden cape.

Not necessarily an Eden cape. It may just be that Amy was unintentionally turning the person she loved into the appearance of the entity that Scion loved. Scion loved Eden, gives out a shard that can alter biology, during her greatest distress and loss Amy accidentally deepens the connection with her shard and begins turning her beloved into Scion's beloved. Every trigger event described in canon shows both entities at the same time, which are all after Eden has been killed.

Fuck it, I'm going to hug an Endbringer at least once while I'm here, just to fuck with everyone in the battle, hopefully the Endbringer too.
I'm imaging everyone looking at him funny after he teleports away, until the Bakuda bomb he stuck to it goes off :D
Actually he was meant to be talking in his sleep but it somehow got lost in translation from one computer and the next.
It'd probably be a little more obvious if you had him mumbling, such as :
"... Fuck'n n'rds"

Leet's shard isn't dead, otherwise it wouldn't be trying to kill him. He isn't a Cauldron cape.
Leet does share the whole 'my shard hates me' thing with Panacea, though, due to them both having unusually active shards.
That said, Taylor's shard also falls into that same category, as it too is quite active. It, unlike Leet and Panacea however, loves Taylor. She gets into all the best fights, after all.

There is no WoG on the matter of the natural Eden triggers. There are hints that Panacea is one, due primarily to her unique trigger vision, but that's about it.

No, WoG (scroll down, you can only understand it by reading the next dozen responses and Wildbow's second comment) is that Leet's shard is only trying to kill him because it's dead, but he isn't a Cauldron cape. Thus, according to Scion's interlude, the only remaining option is that he is a natural Eden trigger.
As for Panacea, it's simple induction. Panacea was inspired to make Glory Girl look like the Eden flesh garden during Prey because of something she remembered from a trigger vision. Trigger visions show the Entities' perspectives. Scion never saw the flesh garden until Venom, two years after Prey, because the Entities radically change appearance when landing on Earth. Therefore, Panacea cannot be a Scion cape.

Deduction, also perhaps a dead entity doesn't look noticeably different to a living one from a human perspective and what Panacea actually saw was a living entity just like everyone else.

Err. Why would natural Eden trigger shards be dead? They were sent out before she died, and presumably planted themselves successfully and are gathering energy normally. It's the Cauldron formulas that use dead shards that can't refuel themselves and/or have the energy-use limiters disabled.

When Eden crashed, a number of shards lost their connection (except for Contessa, where Eden re-established the connection just before she was stabbed).

Sure, they lost connection to the host Entity. That's not where they were getting their power, though. Both Entities lost connection to the shards they sent out, Scion needed a specific shard in order to gather them back early, which he'd sent out as well - presumably Eden kept hers and was supposed to kickstart the gathering at the end.

So can Squeaker's power copy natural Eden triggers? For instance, if we knew Vikare's power, could Squeaker copy that?
