With this Power-Set he could change anyone's biology including his own.

1 Panacea- Biology Library and Bio-Kinetic-Striker
2 Browbeat- Self-Bio-Kinesis and Limited close range Telekinetic
3 Blasto- Bio-Tinker Or Bone Saw- Bio-Tinker

This Power-Set is just scary.

1. Can only have two powers active at a time, so only pick any two of those at a time.
2. Already discussed Browbeats powers earlier in thread, came to the conclusion that his Bio-kinesis isn't nearly as detailed as Panacea's power, so I can't just do whatever I want to my body without someone else having access to Panacea's power too, which is what the power sharing choice was for.
3.Unless I want to start engineering plagues or the like, Bonesaw is really only an upper street level threat by herself. Her tech is decent to help upgrade the body but it's not that amazing by itself.

So, while yes, I can do some crazy stuff with those listed powers there are downsides to them too. And yes they are scary as hell if you minmax them to an insane degree.

had a weird fun mind-twister thought. Anything Aisha does as Imp is not perceived right? if he had Grue and Imp's power at the same time would there be invisible darkness or would everyone simply perceive true nothingness?

Imagine if you can, sensory depriving a brain while the conscious part of it literally cannot perceive that loss, that would probably give tattletale a stoke! :p

Imp herself is not perceived and the power itself hides her identity when active. It does not hide her actions or other effects she makes on the world.

If she disappears right in front of someone and taps them on the forehead they know something invisible tapped them on the forehead.

That's not tech anybody in BB could make, not even Leet.
Heck, that's shaker/stranger powers, not tinker powers.
You're better off with a subspace-pocket with a fusion reactor in it, with a cable going out of this pocket, straight into the power plug of your bike.
. . . any power can be a tinker power, if you have to build it first.

Not necessarily. They'll know something impacted their forehead, but their brain will work to rationalize it. I imagine that the average human being will be more likely to assume something was thrown at them or whatever than immediately jumping to "an invisible person!"

Unless of course the manner in which she interacted with them gave away an invisible presence. I can see a forehead tap being mistaken for something else but a hand grabbing an arm is pretty obviously a hand grabbing an arm for example.

But her power is memory erasure not invisibility. They do see and feel her but forget her in real time. Cameras and other things can record her but while her power is active anything related to her slides out of perception of the brains of those seeing the cameras. If she grabbed you while alone it's more likely you rationalized it as a cramp than something grabbing you because thinking of someone that grabs is getting closer to acknowledging her which contrary to her power. I think?

Strangers are weird.

At the same time, it's shown that some degree of acclimatization is possible with familiarity with Imp/Imp's power. When she's first introduced as a cape, whenever she uses her power around the team, they totally loose track of anything that she had been involved in, spend a moment going 'something's wrong, what was I doing?' and then rationalize in a way that removes any hint of 'Imp was involved.' Later on, the same things happens, but instead the reaction is, 'Something's wrong, what was I doing- IMP! STOP THAT!' Because they've learned that Imp can do that, their rationalization for 'forgetting Imp' starts to include 'Imp used her power.'

That's just it. They both know of Imp's powers and come to expect that anything weird happening is her doing it, because it's the easiest way to explain it.

A random person without either of those points of reference will assume the easiest explanation to them and most people don't assume there are invisible people touching them all the time, that's just paranoid.

Now if Imp left physical evidence behind, say, a hand shaped bruise or a loogie or something, then yeah, they'll know another person did something and be a bit more on guard. But casually bumping into someone and knocking them down, they'll assume that they stumbled or something first before assuming it was a stranger.

To the same degree, it's likely that the PRT has strong deja-vu and confused after effects protocols that take into account Strangers that do similar. Which are also part of M/S protocols.

Lung + Oni Lee, Teleporting escalation dragon that leaves behind clones. Ahahaha
not optimal and horrible. oni lee is a bad person and a bad power with all the brain eating side effects.
Lung + spree on the other hand is a person creating hordes of raging berserk clones that also grow into flaming lizards.
spree's clones die eventually but I bet they reach kaiju size before that.

a better question is, could alabaster's reset stop the disintegration from occurring if you get the timing right. after all they are both timed effects and the reset could reset the clone back before the teleport.

hrm... possibility here!

if it works OP could give his power to alexandria during an endbringer fight to have like 2000 alexandrias fighting. have the clones just pick the damned thing up and fly off into space.

You know Oni Lee's clones don't explode by themselves. He carries around grenades with him to make himself a suicide bomber.
