Consider every vanilla 'be quick about it' combined with taking all the Pilgrims along as taking two weeks. If you leave them to their own devices, or simply give them Lien for escorts, be quick about it would be a week for two visits of your choice, and is otherwise the quickest option. All in all that combination specifically would probably take more than two months.

What are the pilgrims' plans after visiting all the stones we're willing to take them to? Are they expecting/hoping to be escorted back along the pilgrimage route? Where is their final destination?
Alonsus is traveling to Suxia after this. The first group is going as far as the Gorm Tribe. They expect nothing, pilgrims split and join like rain water.
So if we wanted to stay and do the rest ourselves faster, there's no hard feelings or leaving them out to dry basically? That's good at least.
Vale wasn't made on a whim by the highly advanced pre-fall remnanti, it was made by a bunch of settlers with a dream and a lot of manpower. It has expanded since it's founding, but all the tech lying around in After the End wasn't used to make those four cities.

It's unclear but there's some overlap of Lyra visiting the other sites with smaller groups of Pilgrims at some point along with them getting extra Huntsmen to save time, I think? I'm being specific that the stones that no other pilgrims are interested in mostly are also being visited by just Lyra (basically after her other responsibilities are discharged).
The way I see it, aside from the Kingmaker, we'd be visiting all of the stones with just our retinue since we're not taking the pilgrims with us. And there wouldn't be extra Hunters unless we hired them.
If we weren't taking the pilgrims with us in your vote, I'm not sure why you specified non-Knight of Frost/Kingmaker ones, since the others are only the ones that other pilgrims were interested in. Was that not your intent?
I specifically only wanted to take the pilgrims with us to the Kingmaker, since that hopefully gives Lyra a chance to talk more with Alonsus. The rest of the stones we would be going without pilgrims and have them search their own Hunter escorts.
As the vote is written by Spectrum, you will take a long pilgrimage to the Knight's stone, followed by a visit to the Kingmaker's stone (be quick about it means everyone who wants to visit that one has to go in partitioned groups, so it will take over a week), followed by quick visits to all the other sites (you have curiously written the vote here, as Thorned One, Sun Dragon, and Shieldbearer are only visited by your group, while you also only visit the other four with your group in a different line entirely).

-You can't be sure how long it will take, some huntsmen hold out for a payment (which your pilgrims can manage, but it's not a particularly large amount of money), but there's a non-zero number of Paladins who tend to offer free escort (though you have to wait your turn for them).
