Starrk is a natural Arrancar IIRC. That said Aizen has half of the plot rock already. I'm pretty sure the Espada were being made before the end of the SS arc with his half.

Also it's interesting how Rukia seems to be a lot less nervous meeting us then she did when the option to visit Kukaku first came up. Maybe being with the Shibas so long made her get through the initial nervousness of meetinv with them after having killed Kaien.

The plot was lagging. There's only so many ways I can write, "you trained a lot this week, but only got moderate improvements. Other people think your rate of growth is absurd.", and I don't want to use up all of my Zangetsu material, because I can keep using it for the whole quest if I don't squander it now.
The preview just has one.
There have been several female Espada.
I do this because it amuses me, and also because I know what I need to do to bribe readers into voters. As a side note, when I have a lot of voters I do even more of this as a reward, instead of a bribe.
